Correct me if I'm wrong. If ratio is correct 1 for 1 after spin-off to FCAU shareholders then here goes the math.
FCAU currently has 1.2 Billion Shares outstanding X 10% = 120 millions shares Ferrari IPO

    $ 5 Billion Market Capitalization $5,000,000,000 / 120,000,000 = $41.66 per share

    $ 10 Billion Market Capitalization $10,000,000,000 / 120,000,000= $83.33 per share

Just my humble opinion!!!! Just trying to figure out starting IPO price. Hopefully, demand will for IPO will make share price explode to the moon. Then let's go after Volkswagen!!!!!!!!!

    Good Luck to everyone

    Ferrari share value after IPO?

If you look at FCAU current shares outstanding 1.2 Billion and float 800 million if they do 1:1 ratio that should mean Ferrai will have 1.2 Billion and float 800 million or less.
If you look at CNH which was spun off previously they have shares outstanding 1.3 billion
    and float 750 million estimates.

  • Any guess to Ferrari share price after IPO? The ratio to FCAU shareholders are 1 for 1. I just can't believe that it would be trading under $10 dollars a share.

I'm just trying to figure out how much undervalued FCAU
The 2 million vehicles figure includes Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep?

What do ya'll think of the value of IPO? What about a merger between Porche and Ferrai?

Could it reach $50 dollars a share?

  • Just curious bc thinking about selling 2,000 shares of Ford
to get in FCAU? Ford needs to buy back shares stock is stuck at
at current price. Possibly, an opportunity to get Ferrari shares free
and end up with a buyout of GM. Sergio knows what he is doing, can
you imagine Sergio running the new company? Just my humble opinion
Mary Barra is done as CEO of GM. I personally think Ferrari is going to explode
after IPO into the stratosphere. How can people justify Tesla valuations but downplay
Ferrari 's iconic name brand that has loyal customers worldwide. Possible future spin offs of Dodge and Jeep
Brands. If buyout goes through maybe GMC too. Good Luck to everyone. All ready own 3,000 shares of FCAU and 2,000 shares of Ford.

Here goes my perception of how FCAU is under valued. If Ferrari market cap. is $10 billion which leaves the rest of FCAU being valued at $10 Billion bc total with Ferrari is $20 Billion. First lets look how we compare to GM and Ford

Market Cap. 2014 Revenue Shares Outstanding Shares float Price
Ford $60 Billion GM $150 Billion Ford 3.9 Billion Ford 3.6 Billion
GM $50 Billion Ford $140 Billion GM 1.5 Billion GM 1.4 Billion
FCAU $20 Billion FCAU $110 Billion FCAU 1.2 Billion FCAU 877 Million

If Ferrari is valued ant $10 Billion Dollars lets look at 2 q numbers 600 million revs. 2.5 billion revs annual

Does that make Chrysler Group value 7 billion and Fiat 3 billion??

Chrysler group 2q revs 20 billion, revs 80 billion annual which is 75% of the 110 Billion for entire group of FCAU plus as we go global with Jeep and Dodge Ram double digit growth.

Just my humble opinion I really believe we are extremely undervalued

  • Can you imagine getting shares in all of these companies if we would spin off the all three. Just my humble

  • Why are we still trading in $3 range? Netflix is now pursuing
international markets while our management team can only settle
a lawsuit. There is no reason why we are not exploring international markets
Why doesn't management create three cl#$%$es of stock converting
Liberty Media 3.2 billion shares into SIRIB cl#$%$ of shares
and starting growing this baby like Netflix
Once upon a time we had same subcribers has Netflix
20 million now Netflix has 65 million. Management
Need to get off their #$%$ and start making us money before Apple,
Google, and someone else starts gunning for us.
No news except for lawsuit in awhile. We are becoming complacent.
Just my humble opinion. Dr. Malone roll the dice do something good
    For your loyal shareholders please
