Regardless of which side the trade is on, all failure to deliver should never occur, should be regulated (rule in place and it still occurs), and that is the whole beef of the matter. The short side of these unregulated and illegal trades are the biggest portion of these, especially when there is a lack of borrowed shares available. Chances are 95% + of the failure to deliver in NWBO are on the short side, which is usually the case on highly shorted stocks. I would bet a fortune on it. It is up to the SEC to enforce the rules and get the FTD's resolved. The heavy FTD's in high shorted shares is a result of shorts trying to manipulate the price any way they can, and more so when they in a pickle. This is any stock not just NWBO. The SEC wants to use the long side as a cop out to resolving the real problem....
I think we are going to see where some smarter shorts have started to bail out their bad spot. I will guess we will be back down to around 9.3 million or slightly lower. One big news event is all it will take to break them for good.
Let's see if we can't pressure the SEC to actually do their job and start calling those back in.......I'm on it.
The only one breaking laws is AF the fraudster. He is trying everything he can, but it won't work. As long as the company keeps delivering the goods, there is nothing he can do but lead his moronic short followers to their demise. If any criminal action should be filed, it should be against him for all the money he has mislead people to lose with his ignorance. His tweets should be illegal. If you want to publish a story, fine. Then shut up! But he tweets his little cronies, tipping them off when he will launch a story on a company to affect the stock price....Now that is illegal....where is the SEC for that #$%$? Hmmm......
they can't hold the price back now.....see you all tomorrow for a great day!
I thank the misinformed shorts everyday for the 13% they are paying me for my shares :) Hope who ever shorted my shares never figures out they are losing money like crazy! I just keep buying more shares with the profits from the interest
When Woodford buys 5+ million shares it is called financing right? When Buffet or some other big name buys shares it is called investment......What Woodford did was not financing......lets get that cleared up right away.....they invested and invested BIG in this new therapy that works!!!!!
