We don't steal people's money. They give it to us by making bad decisions. I'm not complaining, though.
Edu, your facts are correct, but
ED will NOT decertify ACICS. That would punish a lot of schools that do not have issues.
Also, ITT is highly unlikely to lose ACICS accreditation. They will likely be put on probation unless they have already satisfied ACICS in August.
Also, some advice. I would cover your short going into Friday's earnings release.
The conference call will likely include positive news.
I'll check back with you on Friday morning.
Drew, you are dumber than toast. They don't need regional accreditation to run the schools. ITT never tried to get regional accreditation. Making up lies doesn't help your credibility.
Limpwilly is only accredited to paly with the other girlfriends, specifically Quantass. They fit together well.
All of the institutional holders have been making big money lending shares to shorts. They've been earning 20%+ per year.
Oops, looks like I offended one of Limpwilly's girlfriends.
Quantass is grouchy because Limp is limp today.
"When the Council determines that an institution is not in compliance, and has demonstrated that it cannot consistently operate in compliance with the Accreditation Criteria, the institution will be provided in writing with the areas of noncompliance and may be placed on a probation status."
"Imposition. Probation may be imposed by the Council either following a show-cause directive, or after an institution has notified the Council that it intends to appeal a denial or withdrawal action."
That's because the jisstain is in your eye.
Just admit that you don't know when the next ACICS meeting is.
It's not your fault that you don't know.
You forgot to think about it.
