So, I get another call from Mckenzie partners because I hold shares in different accounts with separate beneficial ownership.
On this call, however, I was a bit more diplomatic and wanted to send a bit more open minded. The gentleman did not really have too much to say except to make a case for Sprint, in as far as to what is already public. Obviously, this guy is a paid telemarketer.
The best part of the call was this, though. I asked the guy, "How is the vote going?'. I did not think he would answer, but, then again he probably does not really give a #$%$. His answer was:
"I have not had a single shareholder say they were in favor of the transaction".
I am sure others will get call's this weekend, if you doubt my claim, ask for yourself.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
The guy sounded a bit annoyed when I told him my shares were voted on the GOLD CARD.
I am not sure which side he was on as I took over the conversation immediately, letting him know my feelings about the Clearwire BOD and management. In any case, we know the end game in a few days.
Good luck to long's.

The news today was huge. Yes, the news was a slip of the lip by Lanza, but, the fact remains that a patient has, ON THE RECORD, seen an unprecedented increase in visual acuity. In fact, a "400" vision is near blind...a "40" vision is acceptable to pass an auto license exam.
To deny that with a few more confirmed cases of such improvement that this company cannot be valued at 10 billion dollars is naive. There is no reason the stock cannot be valued at 20 billion, or ten dollars per share, especially with the irrational exuberance given to companies like FB, NFLX and others.
If ACT can , in fact, stop the progression of the disease AND show a dramatic improvement in visual acuity, we will run to the likes of all the promising small cap cancer researchers that provide a glimmer of hope and fly to 100 bucks a share.
Does gravity take hold? Well, yes...but, not before I cash out my millions.
I gave up 500 dollars today trying to flip for a few hundred dollars...those days are over. It's buy and hold. We are one or two surprise announcements away from a buck a share. I wanted to flip 100,000 shares and I sold at .0689 on a GTC order expecting the typical trading patterns. I took my shares back at .074...and, I could care less about not waiting for a pullback.
At this stage of the game and BECAUSE of todays announcement, I do not want to be out of this stock.

ten days is ten days...the Courts do not add the weekend days as extra time. They need to file today or at least have it posted to the Court very early Monday. GOOG runs a risk if they try the patience of JJ. Expect a filing today. NO counsel in their right mind would wait until the final hour to post a motion this critical to the case..anything can happen which might cause a company to miss a deadline. I highly doubt that GOOG counsel would risk missing a deadline which in turn would allow VRNG free reign on whatever they ask for.
Sentiment: Buy
VRNG will respond no later than the 16th. I expect some news on the GOOG motions later today.
Sentiment: Buy
Please be sure to vote. It is quick and easy on-line.

What a group of lying thieves! They can't pay a 220 million dollar payment with 7 BILLION in assets, give me a break!
Sentiment: Strong Buy
well, teamrep, you can do the math. Sell all the spectrum and leases, pay off the debt, give Sprint it 50.1% and the shareholders get the remaining 6.00 a share and turn out the lights. I'll take it.
The one thing I have learned is to never expect the obvious reaction to be the correct one in this market. It is corrupt and belligerent. The stock shot up after hours and no one was spooked by the threat of default.
Sprint is turning down legitimate offers. The Court will side with shareholders as the proxy has already indicated that Sprint has failed to act in good faith as a majority shareholder with opportunities that will directly benefit the company.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
A default? Guess who gets crushed the most?
Sprint and Softbank.!
Shareholders will get the benefits of the sold off assets and most likely get 6.00 a share. Price went up because the sum of the parts are greater than the whole. There is no chance in hell that SB lets CLWR go into a reorg. Such an event blows the entire strategic investment for SB.

That is from 2012. I rememberr when they all dumped their shares. Two weeks later, the current deal was announced.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
There has got to be a larger deal in the works whereby mgmt can consider skipping an interest payment. The officers and directors can't breach fiduciary obligations to the extent that they are trying to default on debt when available capital is at hand.
What is the reasoning behind that "consideration"?
Sentiment: Strong Buy
VRNG is going to take a lower amount in order to squeeze GOOG. Take the 185 million now, even though they could get potentially more. GOOG will not get a discount is what the chatter is saying.
Good strategy and stock will trade north of $7.00 when they announce the deal.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
was it for an IND or for an enhanced testing program? either way, the market is waiting to hear, as promised by Gary.
