I just googled EST VERSUS KST which is eastern standard time versus Korea Standard time and got they are 13 hours ahead of us. Since im in central time that would be 14 hours ahead of me in oklahoma. I might just have to stay up late to catch it. Steve

    Thanks dyoo. Ill look

Hey Dyoo, do you know if its gona be webcasted and if so what language would it be in. There seems to be presenters from various countries so im wondering if it would be in english. Might be a stupid question but worth asking if you or anyone knows the answer. Also its starting at i think 1450 South Korea time so if they are 12 hours ahead of us that would be 250 am est. Am i getting that right? Steve

  • Before the conference call i was thinking that the second quarter jv was gona be emsc for a veternarian partner but now its looking like its gona be the blood program. Oops. Of course just my simple thoughts, Steve

Dyoo, aark is a mystery to me. Not sure how to read that one since it may or may not be tied to ocata. I'm just really hoping that the tufts trials were stopped because a JV partner decided they had seen enough and didn't need to wait till the 4th quarter to partner with ocata for what ocata demanded in return. The company has said jv of non core ip so emsc's for vet medicine seems the best option since using it in animals will validate the potential for himans. I mean a company could give us upfront money that we could use for the eye program and pay for whatever animal trials wrre needed in addition to the ones already done to get approval to sell for profit to veternarians and all that data could pave the way to human testing. Its a win win situation for shareholders. Anyways, i do hope aark is tied to ocata and that some clarification comes soon. Steve

Dyoo, i'm thinking that a Veternarian Company got a look at the tufts trials and decided to make a large bid and PW talked with the rest of managment and decided to JV the EMSC for animals only and thats why the JV got bumped up to 2nd Quarter. I think the 4th quarter JV was when they expected it to occur but then the Vet Company said we have seen enough and thats why the Vet trials are no longer enrolling. I could be torally wrong and it could be a JV with ghe blood program but after all this time being addicted to Ocat im really thinking its the animal deal thats being done that way we keep emsc for humans all to ourselves. Just my koolaid fantasy but im tbinking won billion dollars. Just my opinions and nothing to take seriously of course. STEVE

Thanks Bill Caldwell, Rabin, and Wooten

We would have been taken over years ago if it wasn't for the mistakes some of the management team made as far as im concerened. So yea im thankful for Caldwell doing what he had to do to keep the lights and phones on and im thankful for Rabin screwing up so bad that we looked unattractive to many investors that otherwise might have decided to take a huge position. And im thankful for PW for what he has done to get us here. Of course Lanza and the rest of the team made it all possible with the patents and ground breaking research but no one ever thanks Rabin or Caldwell for what they done so i thought i would. Im betting that we have a multibillion dollar deal with some vet pharma. Some think its blood but we have been in negotiations with blood for years and i think its what is being jv later in the year and the resson jv in second quarter got mentioned is because someone saw the tufts results and decided it was worth what we asked. We aren't partnering the eye i don't think because we want to own it but if we had a boatload of money we could get very far. The 60 million dollar deal got taken off the table because sometbing much better is taking place. Of course im probably wrong and this is just my opinion but i bet its gona put us at 2 billion by end of march. Of course everything is just my opinion. Whoever is selling today is nuts. Steve

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • I know we have been on one heck of a roller coaster and that Rabin about made us fall off the tracks but we are one day from being on the Nazdaq. I remember being on the pinks and wondering if we were gona survive and now we have over 3 years of safety data on some patients and have around 44 walking this planet with our cells in their eye. Not to mention 7 tufts trials and the best patent portfolio on the planet thanks to management and the science team deciding to forgo free money and be the ones to lead the way by establishing patent after patent. Its been a hard long road and im still poor but at least im in this for the right reasons. Hope many of you hold your shares till we are worth billions but to each his or her own if you sell for peanuts. Ive always said that we could be worth 200 billion. Now im having to correct myself because its probably gona end up being 2 trillon by the time we own the eye and jv some non core programs. Our company is really multiple compaines in one. It just doesn't seem like it because only believers like me see the potential. Peace to everyone, steve

    My 2 cents

Hey Black, the problem with geron was they cancelled opc1 after 5 patients at the lowest dose instead of increasing tge dose to the expected 20 million cells and said they were cancelling the opc1 trial to fund oncology so i thought the results in oncology with imetelestat must be great but then they cancelled 3 of 4 ph 2 trials. The difference with actc/ocat is they have injected 44 patients in 3 triala and have their cells being used by cha biotech and they have tufts results coming. I gotta go. Steve

Hey Craig, its been a long road for sure but back in 2008 and 2009 we could only hope that we would be where we are at now in the trials. Yea, its moving slower than i expected but 44 have been injected now and all but 1 person of the 18 we have info on now are doing better in life because people like me and you and the others who throughout the years believed in the CREDINTIALS of Lanza enough to believe that it would work. Im excited to be a small part of something great. I don't have thousands of shares because i live paycheck to paycheck and there isn't much left over to buy stock but i buy what i can when i can. My average pps is in the high 6 range last i checked and im not selling till it hits a 100 bagger unless its to pay rent like ive had to do while laid off from work last year. That sucked having to sell but my stock investment is my savings account so it was the only money i had. Gotta get back to wiring boxes, steve

Thanks freddy and the rest of you that had nice things to say. I'm more convinced now than ever that a deal is either in the works or management is just waiting for the ink to dry on the documents before telling us about it. I don't speculate often but im thinking that we might be doing a deal with emsc for animals. The offrring being pulled with the tufts trials being put on hold and the new hire make it look like thats the deal. I could be wrong brcause we have so many irons in the fire but my wag tells me its emsc for animals. I guess we will find out when its time to find out. Just my thoughts and nothing else. Steve

    Good or Bad?

Black, its got to be great because they must have a better way to finance the company. 25% of the company for 60 million would have been what a company without phase 1 results or tufts results or blood platlet ip would have to settle for. We have so many irons in the fire its hard to predict which one is ready but im really thinking we might be doing a jv with a vet company soon. It makes sense to jv emsc for animals and keep emsc for humans in house. Im probably wrong but thats my wag. Regardlress of what management has up their sleave it must be better than 10 million shares for 60 million dollars. Of course just my opinion, steve

Hey everyone who is invested in this company for the right reasons and for those of you thinking about taking a position for the right reasons. Ive been invested since 2008 or early 2009 and have kept up with everything i can read or see discussed on multiple message boards and i don't post much but i have to say that i strongly feel our dreams of success are coming along nicely. There are examples of companies with market caps in the billions and they don't have near the pipeline that we have. Right now as i type this management is working on a deal that will fund the pipeline and get us on a major exchange. Believe it or not they are not idiots. They know what we have and they know what its worth. So do i and thats why i keep positive thru all the downsides we have had to deal with. Patience will be rewarded if your a stock holder when the news comes. It might take some time but the possibilities are endless. Steve

Mycouch, im not the most informed investor but i do know that Langer is on the board of directors with Ocata and since i am 100% convinced that Ocata has the best stem cell science i stongly believe that Ocata will be providing the cells. I could be wrong but my money is on Ocata and Nviv. Steve
