Hey - it is what I do. Ever try taking your own advice?
Look - we discussed that and I said you are wrong. You are now qualified to make your claim and I have posted so others can see you are just a petty little person. Most will get it but for the others it will be good that they see your posts against a voice of reason. You are out of your league here and should take more time to invest in your education. You are simply clueless on the process and ignorant on the matter. Hey - lets be friends - its Spring and a beautiful day. Why don't you go for a long walk and air out your brain. You seem to be under a lot of stress over this. Leave it to the experts. They will do what's right for their investors. You will see. And if it upsets you then hey - go form your own company and show us all how to do it your way. Otherwise, people are going to see you as a moron and idiot. Even I do not want that but I must say - you are not doing yourself any favors.
A lot of fuss from some over a secondary offering seen as a dilution of shares. In my opinion it is less -far less about dilution - as it is about building the base for EPS. A secondary offering will certainly add more shares but it will also preserve the negative hit for product development or impacts to improving operations or stores. The company will get much needed cash to funds it growth plan all the while eliminating that negative impact on EPS. My focus is on EPS and not simply adding more shares to be viewed as a negative such as dilution. By all means, if the so called market experts drive the stock down - by all means pile in because that would be such an opportunity to take advantage of their screw up.
Good point - just to have a fighting chance now through at least several medical institutions is so much better for them than at any other time in the history of medicine.
Agree- I think we can all be just as happy to wait and give the group time to work through their plan.
It is in the works!
and that is good enough for me! Zoom baby.
Wow? Dilution? It never amazes me how people whine about every little thing. I see a company that is expanding its operation. As it expands it may need some addition cash to fund its operations in areas of growth or concept development or even implementing some of the newer concepts. Anyone who takes a knee jerk reaction to the S-3 filing as a dilution play only is really ignorant on how business are managed in this phase. Ignore the noise from these petty and unqualified people. Granted, anyone who thinks a stock moves up every day may be as delusional as our friend the Bucketlist. After all, when a company moves up 100% in a 30 day span - the laws of averages will come into play. In fact, I did take a lighter position too., So to my friend the buckethead - I can only hope his ignorance on this topic actually will back into a slight pull back. Otherwise, I trust there are far more intelligent people here than lunchbucket. What I do enjoy most about people like this are they things they conjure up are really good material for comedy. It would take me months to come up with some of the bone head statements here. I wonder if they really mean what they say? Can they be that ignorant and arrogant?
Very nice. A nice use of capital to maintain innovation.
I believe you are a fairy and most likely with tail.

Due yesterday - LoL. Then what are you doing here man. Get yourself a lawyer and sue the pants of those people. You will be rich. You will be a hero. You can come back here and tell us all how you were right all of the time. There is only one problem. You are all talk and a coward. A whiny little coward. At least grow up for what your parents have done for you. By the way - I will let you in on a secret. The report you are looking for was not due out yesterday. What a hoot.
Agree - just accumulate and enjoy the summer.
This will be huge. Once the government approves appl products it will become the product of people choice.
Exactly - and there are others in the pipeline - just as the CEO alluded too. This company is just coming out of the gate and other companies are looking for ways to team with Marley. Give it time.
The company is making us money. More to come. The annual report will be spectacular.
They di a superb job with rolling out their product to Walgreens and some other notable on line drug store chains. There also appears to be a higher than anticipated demand for their product. We will have to see how they adapt to greater demand and getting on to additional store shelves.
Agree. And they are about to post their annual report. All indications are they will post their report at or on schedule. This is a great management team and they have the operations ramping toward full capacity.
Why would anyone believe you? It is clear you are clueless. You need to go back to square one and start your life over. You are a total chaotic mess. I cannot get enough laughs from you. You just have no bottom to your stupidity.
Just a short matter of time before CEO comes out with initial report on product roll out. They can keep up with the demand. to anyone who is long - just sit patiently and let the noise drift by. This month will be epic.
