A liar? LOL...yeah right, Osprey. What am I not truthful about today? You can read my stuff, any of it, over on IV. There is nothing there that is dishonest.

I'll give you that the current stock price is below my cost per share average. That doesn't force me to say things that are not true. I am not desperate. I believe, as does the CAFC, that Apple infringes on VPN on Demand for adjudicated (and not colorably different) products. And i think they have a fantastic story to share when they go to trial to re-establish damages.

That said, VHC will be in the marketplace as an operator before the next time they're in front of a jury. You don't have to believe me. But that does not make me a liar.

    Fabian Monrose expert witness extraordinaire

Willie, the '180 patent has ZERO to do with Apple. That patent was relevant to Cisco, which we know got a non-infringement decision BUT vhc got a patents NOT invalid decision. Cisco never appealed that decision to the CAFC so the patents not invalid ruling is now FINAL.

The primary thing to focus on with the '180 and ALL the re-exams and IPRs is the Kiuchi element. Monrose blows Kiuchi out of the water...and Dr. Monrose is a security expert tasked with protecting the security and privacy of medical records. That's not his only responsibility, it's one that he was designated to focus on for the state of North Carolina.

The crux and importance boils down to the PTAB remanding this back to the Examiner, the person who rejected Kiuchi to begin with. Now, this Examiner has been given this phenomenal declaration by a PhD that not only is well published and researched, but also responsible for secure connections that involve the health care segment. He does an extremely thorough job explaining Kiuchi's design and how VHC's patents teach something totally different.

If the Examiner is persuaded by Monrose's declaration, Apple is naked at the PTO with the rest of their petitions and this whole thing ends sooner rather than later.
