good possibility-If you look at their website they hint or broke down what Kingsoft did-They spun off cheetah mobile(cmcm) at 2billion market cap and got a better value on high growth business verse steady business. If you look at their new board members and Adam focusing on ramping it to me thats what they want to-Raise money on a new division and efut will maintain majority control and that 's one way to unlock value.
The two new guys background is Mobile and internet advertising and their blue chip for a company for EFUT size and obvious they like the future. The google guy new company is owned by blue chip investors-fidelity steamboat- investors already so this gives EFUT potentially more credibility with real investors.

When you add new high end board members especially one with a tract record who has built a huge platform-google-and high end CPA plus a new CEO looks good to me. It looks the big guys told Adam thats what they wanted and i give him credit that he actually did it.

JRJC should be taken out-CISG just said on their call that they are looking for deals in wealth management business-JRJC huge user base is perfect for big insurance company to cross market their products-the only problem nobody in China ever sells-
Looks good and it looks like they will be doing some takeover deals with their huge user base, cash position, this could be hugely accretive to future earning. The question with lot of these Chinese names can they get normal valuations and with CISG its a lot higher. The great news they are in the right sector- reminds me of NOAH before the big move. good luck
Thats why if you look at the QIHU deal, ncty stock price, its best for both parties for QIHU to buy NCTY for 3.50-5$range. QIHU needs more revenue from PC games and is loaded with cash so they wouldnt have to split the revenue. NCTY has been disaster for years and investors are demanding consolidation not just for NCTY but the whole sector so your never going to get fair value mainly because you don't have a huge pipeline of new games.

In china-Maybe this is the start of massive consolidation in the space which is greatly needed. Obviously, NCTY should be involved in this and should be sold at some point. The whole sector drastically needs consolidation as small Game companies stocks have lagged for long time as CEO-see ZHU-are in denial or got hit with a soccer ball.
