Same old, same old. They want to buy MMM, so they get a #$%$ analyst to down grade. Same just happened to BA. And, all the brain dead lemmings immediately sell.
Of course, it works the other way. Some joker at GS upgraded TSLA with a price target of 750, based on a technology that doesn't even exist. And all the brain-dead lemming sent the pps up.
Same old story: WFC wants to buy at a lower price, so the analyst gives a downgrade.
Is there any evidence that shareholders will get any of the other two companies' shares? Or will they pull what GE did?
I am. Got in at 72 and change. Never regretted it.
The BA board was taken down a while back for some time.
I don't want to be confrontational. Lord knows, enough of that goes on on other boards. And I'm sure we all recognize what a great stock VGR is. Thing is, everything has been rendered moot by another ,40 div today.
Why? I have held VGR for years. The div has always been 1.60, with a 5% stock addition in September. Your proposed increase means 8 cents. Big deal.
