Who knows. Maybe Lin is rotting in a Chinese prison somewhere and won't be able to vote his Class B shares. jujujujujujujujujuju
And how many of those 8m shorted shares do you think are the convertible holders hedging their bet oh wise one? They aren't going to cover unless they dump the convertibles.
Maybe those yellow NQ hardhats they wear were painted with lead tainted Chinese paint and gave them all cancer? jujujujujujujujujuju
You bumpkins do know that hardly anyone actually celebrates Christmas in China. There's probably less than 1% of people in China who are Christians and Christmas isn't even a public holiday there. And releasing a single Angry Birds in China is not that big of a deal when there's already 10 or more versions already released in China. Many of them have already been out for years.
Nothing is gonna happen to Block just like nothing happened to him all the other times he said other companies are fraud.
That isn't water the Chinese vLife employees are pouring on each other. It is Dom Perignon. They are celebrating after NQ paid over $100 million for 2/3rds of their company. jujujujujujujujujujuju
Read the actual Toro filing dumbo. 2.5 million common shares was in the form of options. 11,328,965 total (8,828,965 shares and the right to acquire 2,500,000 shares - See Item 4) 8.8 million common shares divided by 5 equals 1.7 million ADS.
That 11,328,965 figure is in common shares, not ADS. Check a Bloomberg terminal or the actual February 5 13g filing. Or just do some simple math for the 7.34% stake. NQ doesn't have 150 million ADS outstanding.
Didn't you read the part where Oberweiss said they earned a "“a favorable return” on their NQ investment? Unlike the bagholders here, Oberweiss was probably smart enough to hedge their position with puts when the stock was trading in the high teens or twenties earlier in the year. This is what pros do.
Toro doesn't own 11 million ADS. They only own 1.7 million. First you didn't know MS sold most of their holdings in Q2 and now this. You aren't very good at this.
MS didn't have to file a 13g when they sold because dilution from NQ dropped them under 5% ownership. You can check institutional holdings on any website. MS sold 1,446,024 shares of NQ during Q2. Step up your game apple.
You forgot to mention that MS already dumped 1.5 million shares of NQ during Q2 of 2014 when the stocks touched the 20's. MS could of unloaded those shares for a very nice profit.
But most of the Asian chicks on it sure are ugly.
