I concur. He did lay out reasoning it would fail, and it did. Gotta give credit where it's due.
The news others in the know seem to find out first before it's released to regular everyday investors. Happens with every stock.
Funny stuff... I'm holding as long as it takes. I am not risking some short term gain in hope to get shares cheaper only to miss out on the real pop.
Is a technique used by companies that plan on staying in business as a sole entity and as an effort to raise capital. Look at JC Penny at what they did in trying to stay viable as they were burning all their cash. CHPT did this earlier to stay viable long enough to get this drug approved because it was all or nothing. It is not all or nothing now. In my opinion they will partner or the more likely scenario, be bought out, end of story.
We know why moron. The news of approval was pretty much factored and people want a quick profit. The real news is what's next on will there be a buyout or partnership and who will it be with. This is a given as the company can not go at it alone, which is not news either as the company is treading water basing their entire existence on the approval of this drug. This was just a mere first step.
