Your taunt when the price has moved against me in such a small way, proves just what an amateur you are. Traders who have done this for years (like me) don't worry about such things, mere hours into the trade. Stocks rarely move in a straight line, especially from the exact point of the trade. What a silly, immature post, lol.
Take a class on trading, and then talk to me in a couple of months. Check my posts here. I've killed it on every single trade in $LL so far. Hopefully this will be another. If not, oh well - they can't all be winners. Nothing is guaranteed, all I can do is give it my best shot. I've stated my opinion. Take it for what it's worth (not much, to be sure, lol).
I don't engage in the back and forth here, so knock your socks off if that floats your boat. :)
Good luck to you.
I said I might short any significant pops, after I closed all of my short positions at $12ish recently. So I've started a new short position at $14.99 this morning. In my opinion, this pop is a silly reaction to today's news, and probably another setup by the large shorts to lure new buyers in. I'll go along for the ride, as I still see more tankage in $LL's future.
Good luck all.
(my posts keep getting deleted today, what's the problem?)
He's clueless. Just a complete amateur who never learned to bail on a bad trade. The fact that he's held on all this time proves my point. For months he's just ranted about things he doesn't have a clue about, just to try to find some excuse for his losses other than the real culprit - him.
So oversold, no real sellers, right djisgreat? :)
As posted here back in March and forward, I've had a short position from $43. I closed (and posted) half of that at $20 (as had been promised) and have since added a few more tranches on pops (see all the posts). I had said that I would cover when it went below $14, and so this morning I have closed all my open short positions in the $12ish area.
I think there is a more tankage to come, but I'm not greedy, and I reserve the right to short any pops. Too bad what has happened to this company, but it was all self-inflicted and not caused by the evil Tilson, CBS, or anyone else. Sad that so many diehard longs have lost so much cash. Hopefully they can make it up somewhere else.
Good luck to all.
LOL, you lasted 11 minutes before your next post.
You should be ecstatic! All these lower prices for you to load up more shares at.
Bet you're dancing a jig, huh?
Must suck to be you. :)
"you post the same nonsense every day but it never happens"
Your stunning lack of self-awareness probably doesn't allow you to see the rich irony in that statement. But funny as all get out!
Keep 'em coming!
Gee, what a surprise - the miscreant known as the meaningless driveler is also an intolerant homophobe. Who woulda thought?
Careful, you may get marked for death by that guy djisgreat. Hate when that happens.
I get it now. You're not just a desperate loser pining away for his own losing trade, you're actually being paid by someone to post this non-stop, never ending drivel. Has to be. Nobody could be this ignorant about how the market works, how companies can and cannot recover from certain kinds of calamities, etc. Wonder what your hourly rate comes out to - hope it's at least minimum wage. Too bad this is all you can do. Public school product, huh?
What a putz, lol.
This is typical of the collective IQ of the people posting here. Impeach Tilson, lol. Impeach from what? I didn't realize he was an elected office holder.
How do you people even have brokerage accounts?
HD buying LL? Are you frackin' serious? They wouldn't come within a mile of this trainwreck. How dumb do you have to be to believe such a fairy tale? Unbelievable. I won't even waste my breath listing all the reasons that HD is not in your future. Sheesh!!!
Just another short trap to get you clowns to buy more. A successful one at that, it appears. :)
Yep, I'm still short, too.
Cheers, y'all. :)
Can't get the link or the text to post.
Search for "Pyramid scheme disguised as a business opportunity" and you'll see the article on The Hill, posted an hour or so ago.
You've been saying that same thing since you went long at $33. Repeatedly, and ad nauseum.
You know you're wrong, and everyone around you knows that as well (everyone except your other aliases, lol). At some point you will come to your senses, take your loss, and move on. Hopefully you won't bankrupt yourself before then.
Good luck. And keep posting. It's hilarious :).
Most longs are desperately hoping to get back their losses from the $30s and $40s, so they have an incentive to post incessantly out of that desperation.
Most shorts on the other hand, are comfortably way ahead, and since they know there is much more tankage to come, feel little need to try to convince anyone of what's clearly obvious to anyone with a modicum of common sense.
Still short, and still happy as a clam.
Best of luck to everyone.
Wanna bet? :)
Your desperation is sad. And it looks like you're gonna break a record today in the sheer # of stupid, pumptard posts. Play on, dummy.
Was just having some fun with him.. His utter noobness has been evident since he showed up here, with all the stupid "oversold", "ripe for a buyout," and all of the other silly and uninformed comments. Seen his type for years, and it's always the same - desperate in their losing trade, they sit on a message board and post incessantly, desperately trying to convince others to buy, so they might somehow recoup their losses. Using multiple aliases and posting back and forth to themselves, they can't help give themselves away, especially when they forget to change the aliases they are using for any given post. And the loss is always the fault of someone or something else. Never their poor investment choices. Kinda fun to watch (in a perverse way).
Nobody takes them seriously, that's the universal truth.
OK, my entertainment lunch is over, back to the iggy list for them.
Good trading, all.
Just curious - if I'm remembering correctly, I think you said you bought this pig at $33. I understand your pain at how that's turned out for you (as evidenced by your 80-100 posts per day desperately trying to convince everyone that it will turn around at any second) but I'm wondering - at what price will you capitulate and take your loss? Will you hold until the stock is worthless in BK, or is there a price before that at which you will cry "uncle" and just sell?
Try to give an honest answer without attacking and calling me a name. I dare ya. :)
