Why would a company heading for BK be hiring?
I will admit I am perplexed at why the company, while the pps has tanked to .10, hasn't bought back shares or sold the company already to Apple or Google. The investor presentation they released last month was very promising, seems like a no-brainer for a larger entity to want to own. Especially since 200 million in R&D is out of the way.
You just told me 4 days ago, on this board, that you had spoke with Adam at PR and he said the company will turn things around, they are restructuring their debt, and no reverse split anytime soon.
Are you a Long that has turned short and are now bashing? You were more optimistic just 4 days ago.
I have also found an article from Aug 13, 2015, that the construction of a plant in China has been cancelled.
At the current market cap, which is chump change to Apple or Google, one would think this conpany would be bought if the technology was the next thing? Thoughts?
I have noticed a steady decline in pps over the last 2 years with the exception of a couple pops. What are the reasons? Dilution? Declining sales?
I noticed a lawsuit last September, has there been a resolution?
I will follow up on all comments with DD, I appreciate any leads.
This appears to be a good place to get in as far as the pps goes, but the downtrend hasn't stopped on the chart, yet. Are there any catalysts expected?
Don't listen to this board, no one knows what will happen tomorrow. For one, it may be halted in the states tomorrow.
If it does trade, it might dip a bit but will likely hang around where it is now while there are rumors that a new deal will be agreed upon. If negotiations on a new deal fail, that is when I believe this drops significantly. If a new deal is finalized, this is going up.
I personally believe this has more of a chance seeing 2 bucks then .30 within the coming days or weeks.
How pathetic to hang out on the board of a less than 20 m microcap and bash with 20 or so usernames.
You're not very good at this game, are you lol.
