I've followed hess for more than 10 years. they are good at what they do and have some excellent properties globally. The problem is $45 oil puts almost all of their liquids production in the red. The situation could become dire if prices stay under $50 until 2016. Stay away.

I'm thinking of starting RV rental company. The plan is to float $200M in bonds to buy $175M in RVs. $25M for rental locations. The IPO should raise $250M to cover cost of bonds. Insiders keep 20% after IPO.
