Folks, could it be true? Will SPG make a bid for O now that their offer to Macerich has been rejected. They are one of the REITs that could pull this off.
Generally speaking, I don't buy on margin. The company is not worth $94 per shares, but a buyout from SPG may bring a nice premium to the share price.
