Thank you highway. You were absolutely right. Biogen is indeed higher by $9.00 today. I am glad for people like you. Yes the results were outstanding. Also yesterday the whole market was down just not Biogen. But I believe the worse is over and I believe the bull market has resumed it's upward momentum.

    Thank you.

Don't understand why are we down pre market

michael unlss you are a short pretending to be a long, pre-market does not mean anything . It is less than 2% of the total daily activity. CNBC which help drive the market down in the past couple of weeks is now saying the down trend is over. What a joke. First they drive the market down , help their friends cover cheaply and then suddenly the down trend is over. The poor longs who paniced lost lots of money. Should have stayed long and invested.

kudlowgirl , I hope you are very cute because you surely are acting cute. I haven't heard any of the news you just mentioned, plus you failed to mentioned that a gentleman travelling from Nigeria to the United States died on the plance (RIP) but it was determined that it was due to heart failure and had nothing to do with ebola. Frankly kudlowgirl I am a registered republician but I feel they are jealous of the President because he has come a long way regarding the state of the economy from the time he took office till today. Mr. Bush (younger gentleman) left the economy in a bad shape but now we have positive GDP, high confidence, low int. rates, no inflation, lower unelpoyment, exports are high , over 85% of the companies beat or met expectations in the last quarter, great retail sales and profits, all industries suecially autos, banking, insurance, agriculture, manufacturing, transporation, utilities, IT, Health Care, Pharmacy, BIO, Tech, Drug/Pharmacy Manufacturing, railroad, airlines, Hotels etc. etc. doing wonderfully well.

Your excellency hope you read my message :- (1)demand an apology from Deutsche Bank for their unjust downgrade last friday. This inspite of the fact that we have new products at aapl I-6, I-6i, Watch etc. etc. and inspite of great acquisitions and China Mobile (2)demand that they upgrade aapl to (a)strong buy (b)recommended list (c)very strong buy (3)demand their workpapers which were used to base the downgrade specially when the earning season is about to start and we all know we will have great earnings (4)Contact other houses and ask them to evaluate aapl and give a "strong buy", "most recommended list" to offset the #$%$ from Deutsche Bank (5)this has caused us/me lot of mental anguish so you should take some kind of legal action or demand an apology from Sherri and Deutsche Bank.
Yes if we can get two or three upgrades tomorrow that will make me/us happy.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • The funniest time is when these companies (1)downgrade each other (2) one of them downgrades a particular company while the other upgrades the same company on the same day (3)they get fined by SEC and the Justice Department because they were found guilty of rogue practices. So I go DA DA DA DA

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Shorts really need to cover their positions because the dow and the NASDAQ and the S & P all set to rise sharply from now till the end of the year. Don't be surprised if the dow is up by 3,000 or more and October'2014 will be the best october ever. NASDAQ and S &P likewise will rise sharply. Probably up by 20% each from now till the end of December'2014.
Getting calls from abroad as to how wonderful aapl's products are. Also want to know how to invest in aapl shares. Then we have this thing called Sherri downgrading aapl. She is a dog getting orders from her bosses. Poor thing her performance is below par on Wall Street so the buggers used her as a pawn. Poor POS does not know or understand aapl or probably any other company. See you at +$3.50 today.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Hope you guys realize that there is a great possibility that the dow may rise to 21,000 by the end of december 2014 and NASDAQ will rise by 1,400 points from now till the end of december'2014 and the S & P give or take will rise by 1,000 points from now till the end of december'2014. Please don't forget I am also predicting that October'2014 will be one of the best Octobers in a long long time.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • As correctly predicted by me a few days back as soon as the quarter ends the roaches, the snakes, the rats, and all other kind of dlity (combination of dirty plus filty) animals will come out from behind the rocks and the sinkhole. The downgrade of aapl by a poor performer on Wall Street shows just that namely that even a novice investors knows more about aapl than they do plus the novice investor is innocent and only interested in capital appreciation for his investments so he /she can make a better future for his/her children. This downgrade is malicious and full of mischief. Hope they pay a price for this.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Since the quarter is ending the pundits, the analysts, the economists will be coming out from behind the the rocks to bad mouth the world's best economy and the world's best market. Top on the list PETER SCHIFF. Watch him come out with stupid statements trying to run down the market. Fortunately Nurul has turned bullish and his keeping a low profile . Then we have that idiot Jimmy Rogers who left his beautiful country and moved to Singapore. Then you have about 24 others who are in the business of running the market down such as SIMON on CNBC. WATCH OUT FOR THEM. They wont tell you that we havae low int rates, no inflation, great balance sheets and great cash positions, low PE ratios, over 87% companies met or beat expectation durig the second quarter, great retail sales and profits, great housing, banking, transportation, aircraft manufacturing, autos, agriculture, IT , Drug Manufacturing, Health Care, Hotels, railways etc. etc. all doing great and they won't tell you that the confidence is up and that the VIX is tame and they won't tell you that thousands of companies are returning to the Uited States to do business and hundreds of Foreign based companies such as from China, India, Russia etc. coming and setting up base in the GREAT UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.. THEY WONT TELL YOU THAT.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • If the United States opened it's borders I bet a billion people would want to get in. By that some token Jim Cramer remarked today that the U.S. Markets were a safe haven for foreign investors. How true! Granted September has been difficult . But it is not over year . But for YTD September'2014 we have done quite well and September is not over yet till the fat lady sings. I am predicting a positive close today. This morning the Dow opened -178 but now it has substantially improved. I believe all the three indicators will end positively today specially NASDAQ .

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

WOW! Once again some great analysis. To the point and sweet . You two never discuss anything else but aapl and are never a "put down" for/to others. SWEET! You make me smile all day.

Thank you for your analysis. You are a very intelligent man and your perception has depth , density and volume and weight combined. On top of that you are not abusive like many of the disgusting people on this board. I also agree with you whole heartedly regarding the direction of the market.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

A great question indeed! I would continue investing in aapl plus continue to invest in a mutual fund with aapl as it's major hlding such as Fidelity Fund like FBGKX
