Looks like Wong is looking to get some business or looking to help any shorts. All it take to claim non- fiduciary responsibility is to send a press release to some outfit that will publish and maybe a small filing fee and you have some publicity. Claiming a lack of fiduciary responsibility is the easy. proving it in court is hard. A person could charge him with aiding a short just about as easy. Just my opinion.

I have been a long holder of FITB. Been through the Down period having bought just @ the low. Lately selling puts expecting it to rise again.
I have one concern and that is their untimely entrance into the oil area investing. I think most of it has been in the periphery of it, not so much in the drillers or oilmen. Can any one confirm this or have any idea of where their investments have been put in he oil patch area. Thank you. I believe their dividends are safe. They have received approval to raise their dividend this year. I believe it is expected that they raise it in the first Q.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

The Preferred Option: over the common?

I had the preferred about 5 years ago. It cost me $40,000 american, they are one and the same when they go downhill. I feel bad for the greek people but, not bad enough that I would consider trying to invest in Greece again. If you folks have any funds left in thier stock I would take it and run. This grexit or what ever it is going to be called has been going on for a long time.

I had thought of buying shares again for a quick gain. That is untill I reviwed the insiders for the last six months. They are doing the same as they have done for years, taking freebeies and selling them in short bursts. just like a #$%$ that is hiding his thievery. GLTH.

    Try Bloomberg.

  • kcolder29 by kcolder29 Apr 27, 2015 9:51 PM Flag

Your not so new board and ceo are proposing a 1 for 8 stock split. Take a look at PNX the buyers of Zohydro. After a 1 for 10 split in 2013 and a 1 for 20 slplit in 2014, That makes 2 for 200 or 1 for 100 split. I have not seen any reverse splits of the magnitude they are proposing work out. They went to the market and got funding last year. Think long before you give in to thier whims. The statment today said they are on track in the development of Z008 and relday, That is good. If what they say is true they should not be preparing for future funding at this time.
When the management will not return communication and talk to individual share holders they are showing no concern for shareholders. Think about what they are wanting. It would be easier and cheaper to short at 11.61 than at 1.41. It would also be cheaper depending on the brokerage to buy back fewer shares.

  • kcolder29 by kcolder29 Apr 24, 2015 2:22 PM Flag

The deal is done. The fewer shares is no big deal. Zo got what was agreed to, with the lockup it will be a while before the price makes any difference.PTX came through with their agreement and it will now depend on the sales force, are the motivated enough to suceed? They came through with 80m in cash which means that they were able to finance and that faith is placed in them. Now is Relday safe and will it achieve the end result desired. Will the z2008 do what it is supposed to do sucessfuly? A lot of people think they will work. We should know shortly. Now Hawley should release progress and or perfomence reviews.

As per Stockgal, PTX had 10 negotiators on thier team. Rott, go back and reread the terms. They are available on thier website.

JH: I believe the price at the time of the agreement determined the number of shares Zogenis is to recieve. In other words 20m in PTX is now about 13m. Not good but, they will probably adjust it somewhat in my way of thinking. If not it just means Hawley is not a very good negotiater. I also think that the haters of Zo are now pummeling PTX. This is easy to do with phoney selling thus making sellers of would be holders the same as they have done with Zogenix.

Note on dr OZ says he has been asked to step down cause of his portraying bad ideas and drugs as good karma and for good wieght loss. That would include his B.S. on the ZO show. Good for the doc's that presented to the college his unfitness to be on tv with his B.S.

Yahoo finance has just published another article on the lack of help from Acitomenifin. (Sac, please note) Whether it will help Zo or not I do not know, but it was one of ZO's strengths. I still do not understand your and others bashing and trying to destroy a small company ZGNX. Right now they are only trying to help with peoples ailments. Surely some where in your past there was some relative that has been helped by a medical discovery. Some time in the past some patients took the poison that was put into my veins that knocked my lymphoma out. Some day you bashers will also have a situation that some doctor/scientist has injected or used on some one that will help you. Think.

Sac; I have known and dealt with a lot of Nodak people and they are very good people. Apparently you are of the opinion you can be as snotty as you wish. Your name does you more justice than you deserve. When people are pushing 90 they have a right to 'senior moment'. Just how do you know I'm 'dumb'?

P; You are very wrong. AS you know Zogenix sold thier Zo and accepted as part of the payment some tweny miilion in the shars of the buyer. If Zo does well so does Zogenix. Acitomenfin is very much in the picture for Zogenix. If thier 20m of shares is that insignificant, what is your interest in the company therefore your comment? Not being derisive just, interested. I still have a goodly number of Zogenix.

Any one else see the news blurb That citomenifin is worthless for back pain and the retort that citomenifin (speling) mfgs came bach that it has been the trusted med for 50 years. A doc on back pain says it don't work and it harm causes to the liver. first I ahve seen refering to liver damage in a while. It was on NBC or CBS.

SG; Are you sure that that would be net product rev. not gross product rev. Contract rev. and service rev. were that net or gross? Where did you get the 4th q info. If those are net that would be great. Thanks.

multiplying that by 50 states would be 50 billion. That being the case Zogenix has a case for 50 Billion dollars against the people of Mass. and Deval? Press on Hawley. This statement would add some firewood to your cause and legal action if you are pressing it.
