Joe; Thank you.
What is the difference between the new agreement with multpharma that was posted yesterday vs. the earlier agreement? Anyone.
Been a very good company for me. I have a boat load of shares. They are to have yearly dir. meeting in June. Do not know date. I believe they will raise dividend at that time. My prognostication for what it is worth (which is not much), the div will be raised .02. Any other ideas?
Having had cancer (now in remmission) being treated with Rituximab, which almost killed me during treatment,. I wound up in hospital twice while being treated. This a theoretical question as I am free of signs at present. How many here would choose rituximab (55%) respose rate vs. zevalin (83%) response rate during retreatment? Considering zevalin 1 dose treatment vs rituximab multidose treatment? Should this not be considered in any treatment?
The investigation in to the change in ordering could also construed as to when Raj knew. Can it have any thing to do with sale of stock. Not being a downer as I am long. I am quite sure there have been requests for inv. along several lines. It is most likley good news for longs but, will be many moons in results being known.
Candide; ( Patti) My wife and I Have both had lens replacements. No sweat, no pain, a little itching. She also had shots in her other eye to try to stop macular degeneration, while awake, no pain. Know of one corneal transplant, no pain, irritating. Wish you the best of good wishes.

Sentiment: Buy
I believe FITBGOOF may have gotten the call wrong. FITB looks pretty strong, especially when today is ex-div day and would have been nocked down by .11 by markets due to div. being paid.
How many patients treated had anemia bad enough to quit treatment before having the full number of recomended treatments? And did they later have treatments restarted. Were they then transfused?
Having had cancer now in remission, having been teated in a clinic, has any one shown the difference in cost of the charges for hospital vs. clinic of hospital costs? I think they might be comparible lueco vs. generic.
Sentiment: Hold
Any citizen can make the complaint and charge them with fraud. Go ahead DO IT. Are you man enough to?
These suing vultures, will list thier charged time @ $200.00 to $500.00 will build a high chargeable time. They will add some thing for the claiment. When the suits are joined they will scramble to get the hours paid for. When it is said and done they will base thier argument on the good doctor's cashing in. That is not much of a case because it happens all the time. My opinion they will do well to get thier money back.
As for the argument of some saying the doctor takes the money because of his age. I feel that this is
baloney. Hell I am at least 15 years his senior. I'm still in the market. This has hurt my children and grandkids but, not fatal. If he does not put several million back in through his estate planning for his heirs he is not much of a man.
From what I got from the conferenc was that they are looking at 25 m per q. .

Do you have any other info on schedule?
Teva and sgnt are Leuco is under the same earnings restriction only I dont think theycan recover developement cost as sppi. I may be wrong on this.
Sure, I know Scrushy. Cost me something over 60 grand. SPPI is nowhere near what HLSH was. They are not the same dog. If you have had cancer as I and my wife both have, you would more understand why people look to find the good in treatment. I am in remission now, but had the type that Sppi works on. As for the cost to hospitals, they work under the (some might say) handycap of medicare that pays only cost plus overhead, including development. But it pays the rent and one day will then be profitable. Some people do not learn by others bad judgement. Lets hope this is not the case with the family book keeping.
I remember when you and Michigan Banker could not say any thing good about Kevy Boy. If you are honest you would admit that FITB has done a good job. Even if you were fired, or was it outsourced. I for one have done quite well with Fitb. Thank you.
Does any one besides me showing a dividend of .15 due on march 28.
Sentiment: Hold
On my future earnings I show a dividend payment due me on March 28 of .15 per share. Does any one else show this?
