Well the SEC will not go after their brotherhood to fix the Adam mess, look how long it took for them to go after Madoff....a very interesting game. I would venture to say a take under is being orchestrated. Appears that the drug works, just we won't get to benefit from being current shareholders...If management does not have a sale orchestrated in their hip pocket, everyone walks away with more tax carry forward loss...

A nice excercise in futility, as SEC employees get to graduate to the ultimate temple of GS typically or another house. Whine to the temple will get you nothing as they are all interconnected. Sad but true....check out who runs the street, the media and ultimately owns/controls the government. We are zionistically screwed...

Unfortunately, I think Hubby has the edge on management at this point until proven otherwise. Hopefully management will come through...

How I could see this playing out...

Let's just hope (higher-end investment tool--lol) that the buyout comes quickly while the markets are still holding together) that is in the 15-20 range....

With our lovely government actions and sanctions, this pig market could implode at any time and then this stock will be as close to zero as possible with no interest from any BP as they will all be trying to just hold the playing field level....resources will immediately disappear....

As the USD gets closer and closer to losing reserver currency status, this currently valuable science start up will approach zero value...

Mike and crew, get a sale going while you have a fighting chance...being a pig now will make you bacon, you(and all of the curernt stock holders) being the bacon...

There's more to the unpublished first story...that is history now and the street/cabal will rape whomever they can get their hands on while doing God's work, just ask Lloyd...

Mike just needs to start seriously addressing how to get out of this one and keep all of us whole.

  • The scene fromthe Godfather where the one set of people realize that the money changing cabal truly has the most lucrative racket and "it's all legal"....

Malacuso hopefully realizes now what he is dealing with (and I am sure he does) and that he has a pending sale in his backpocket such that if there is a hostile takeunder, he has a way out to preserve some value for the insider shareholders and the rest of us...

commercialize either of our two lead drugs

Up to this point they have done fine, they are just out of their league at tis point, look at the Jeffries Price Target. Time to let go. Quit while ahead or they will be eaten alive as they well know, the playing field is not level or even close to fair when dealing with the cabal that is regulated by other cabal members, there is truly no way out.

Te only big chunk of cash should be a sale. These guys will get tromp on in any joint venture and we as shareholders will get screwed along with them from what I have seen thus far. Sell it to a Big Pharma once they have validating data and be done with it. The current management team has done a good job thus far, put it to bed while ahead.

    AMPE and Ampion

WHY Comments -- very simply becasue the cabal that operates the street has to make a living utilizing shorting and story writing (AF et al) while they produce absolutely nothing of true value. Running a stock up and down is how the cabal/hedgies (i.e., previously Stevie Cohen et tribe) make their millions/billions depending on which level they play.

The concept of actually producing something of value is beyond their scope--all a giant con game for the shorts/hedgies etc. They all work together as any good tribe does...pushing paper, stories and words to create the illusion....

Close to impossible to avoid the cabalist cretins, hopefully the Ampio management will weather through this without a hostile takeover that would end in with the knee drug being spun off into a private holding company for harvest by those leading the hostile takeover or rather take under. A game played everyday by the cabalist. Hopefully management will end up with a company sale to a Big Pharma that can easily defend off the cabalist interests as they only attack the solo sheep out in the pasture and God knows this is a leanly staffed company. Kinda like listening to the coyotes at night and then the rancher's shotgun, too bad the company does not have a shotgun, but maybe they do in the form of sale discussions.

The concept of a company sale would have the shorts scrambling to cover creating a squeeze beyond comprehension...something to think about.

commercialize either of our two lead drugs

Agreed, timing is months out for consummation, but I do not think they will partner. Based on age of principals and typical partnership arrangements whereby Big Pharma takes a disproportionate share of the iniital value, a sale is eminent.

And after dealing with shorts, the crooked/rigged street and affiliated cabalist press, I would think the management sells to the highest bidder and ceases to fight what truly cannot be fought.

Again, your well thought out comments/science are most appreciated.

  • "Yes, as long as we do not directly commercialize either of our two lead drugs, AmpionTM or OptinaTM, which is not our intention." direct quote from shareholder letter

If one develops an approvable drug and does not intend nor is staffed to take it to market, then the obvious conclusion is that the company is already for sale -- turnkey operation--approved drug, manufacturing facility underway, very liited staff/overhead to sack--- just add sales force of existing Big Pharma with inroads to the orthopaedic community already established--plug and play. Further, immediately accretive.

Would not be surprised if preliinary sale of the company discussions have already commenced prior to this minor clinical debacle that is being worked on with the FDA concurrently. If a Big Pharma wants something to happen, it most likely will.

    Thank you.

I think there is more to the story onthe $5 bucks, it is probably considered more personal than clinical...One must always remember whom is holding the golden pen...

  • kdrobb kdrobb Aug 25, 2014 11:59 AM Flag

there are no SEC violations and they are working directly with the FDA for resolution and clinical substitutions, If anything, it is a sale that you should be worrying about since no doubt you are short trying to squeeze the the last nickel out of this play. If anything, you should be covering right now, that is the only squeeze that will be occuring.

  • kdrobb by kdrobb Aug 25, 2014 9:20 AM Flag

If the company does not plan to commercialize either ampion or optina, then that would mean a company buyout/sale when this current clinical issue is sorted out. Reviewing management age and current debacle, I would bet on commencement of sale negotiations with pricing a function of BLA filing.

JT worked for the FDA for over 20 years, he truly does know how they operate,....

  • kdrobb kdrobb Aug 22, 2014 12:35 PM Flag

From what I have heard from trusted sources, what you have been told is true and that all are working with the FDA for "moving forward" resolution.....There will be some minor (my opinion on minor) time delay while this is worked out with the FDA--I have heard from two separate and somewhat polar sources the term "interpolation" being used in reference to the data and the FDA, thus I surmise that the FDA may have some flexibility in using the "altered drug data".

Just have to wait this one out. Most infer that the drug is good. Guess the chosen people always get to cover on the cheap and there will be no short squeeze here...

  • Did the CRO in analysis see clusters where the data indicated one result level and other geographic areas where clusters had an entirely different read??? Did Boston read low across the board and Orange County read out with a pattern of higher results. Did someone figure out the patterns were telling a story and then they began looking for the real reasons???

There is more to this story, and for all of the severely damaged knees in my world (goats became FIS ski racers and maintain a personal relationshp with their orthopaedic surgeon), I need this drug to regenerate cartilage and be on the market....

We just have to wait for the rest of the story. And in the meantime the shorts get to cover for cheap and then they cabal running the rigged markets can let this stock run...

  • kdrobb kdrobb Aug 20, 2014 4:52 PM Flag

Perhaps the story/science does not matter when dealing with the short crooks...The game is so very, very rigged. The cabal controls the feeding chain up, down and sideways...that is why a decent sale of the company would be my preference and hopefully when there is still a significant short position.

I guess most of us here buy a small piece of the company because we expect the product to perform. The financial services cabal essentially creates nothing of value and has over time destroyed what was once a great country--greed on steroids.
