"Time will tell!!!"
It certainly will, Dsr, it certainly will, but over a 10 year period the original IPO share price has been obliterated downward over 98%, along with being down 26.6% under Dr Wotton's 4 month reign. Also, under Doc, after the 1:100 RS, share value have been diluted by 60% , and incredibily they've uplisted to the Nasdaq. There's no doubt about it, we're little fish swimming in a sea of sharks, when it comes to the stock market.
How much lower will this stock drop, before Dr Wotton steps in and puts a stop to it? Wonder if the drop is being driven by the underwriters of the 10M shares?
I don't know how they accomplished this, but I am just a little fish in a sea of sharks, as are all of us here.
"I know what it means you dolt!"
That hurts, Theres, but as my mama used to say; it takes one to know one.
"You're the one who wrote incessantly about it being meaninless."
It's you who insinuated that the market cap was #1 criteria for valuing a stock, which it's not, not even close.
"Are you even awake?"
Sometimes I don't know if I am awake or not, as this whole thing with OCAT seems to be a nightmarish dream.
Stem, you'll be the one weeping, if OCAT uplists to the Nasdaq w/o more than they have now, because the shorts will be wating to tear this thing apart.
"I don't disclose my stock positions,"
Thats utter bs, J.b, and you know it. And it just tells me that you don't own shares of OCAT, which means you have nothing of importance to say about this stock.
Kip, apparently you never checked yourself into the psych ward, please do asap, you can thank me later for this helpful advice.
Stem, you're being a bit over optimistic about the uplisting, because they have to meet more than market cap to list with the Nasdaq.
J.b, Dr Wotton didn't trick me, as I voted against all his proxy issues, how about you? Do you even own shares of OCAT?
"total dollar market value of all of a company's outstanding shares."
I still like him, almost as much as I like you. Funny huh?
Theres, I've come to the conclusion that you really don't understand what market cap means. So let me explain it for you; it's total dollar market value of all of a company's outstanding shares, it has nothing to do with the true worth of a company, like revenues, profits, and assets do.
....as new shareholders will be sought out to help finance OCATA operations, but remember you boneheaded sheep voted FOR this:
"MARLBOROUGH, Mass.-- Ocata Therapeutics, Inc. (OTCBB: OCAT), a clinical stage biotechnology company developing regenerative ophthalmology therapeutics, today announced its intention to offer and sell 10,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering pursuant to its existing shelf registration statement. The proposed offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or the actual size or terms of the offering. As part of this offering, Ocata Therapeutics intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares of common stock. "
"3-Tufts trials still ongoing according to Tufts website"
That should be #4, but whose counting, anyway, Tufts Vet Clinic Doggie Therapies are not on OCATA's latest website. Have you checked it out yet?
"1-they're selling to stock to get uplist"
Now if that dosen't sound like a Ponzi Scheme, nothing does.
"-uplist "insinuates" better exchange nothing w/commercializing"
Yeah, they need to go to the lowest Standard 4, to meet Nasdaq uplisting requirements, and they even fall short there:
1 - they meet the maket cap requirement of $160M
2 - they fail the total assets of $80M, by having tangible assets of -$22.534M
3 - they fail the stockholder equity of $55M, by having stockholder equity od -$22.534M
And issues 2 & 3 confirm that w/o shareholders this company could not exist. And it only exists due to stock dilution, which comes off looking like a Ponzi Scheme.
Now don't get me wrong, I want this company to make it big, because then I make it big, also, but I also believe in calling a spade a spade.
"They never said what he was commercializing."
Really, it's in his title; "LeRoux Jooste joined the company in October 2014, as the company’s Chief Commercial Officer."
"Unbelievable Keep, your post is so silly"
Cole, of course you'd find my post silly, because your dislike for all things OCATA are well known. This company must've really burned you, as it has all of us, but most of us get over our initial anger, and move on, either selling. or sticking it out. I am down approximately 60% with this stock, but I am now seeing some light at the end of tunnel for the first time in awhile. And when I see things that I believe the company is doing wrong I mention it, and I also mention when I think they've doing something right, too.
"Keep you have the gift of bringing folks together."
Yeah, you & Theres make quite the pair, throw in Deme to get a trifecta.
""and the greatly improved website" Wotton sure hit that one hard during his presentation."
He didn't have to bring it up for the informed shareholders, but I felt I had to bring up the new and improved website for the uninformed, like you.
"Freddy, one reason we bashers work so hard, is because we're far out numbered by all you sheep."
Freddy Freeloader, there is nothing to explain, except for why you admit to being a sheep. Is it because you can't function unless someone in authority tells you what to do next? Or is it because you enjoy being fleeced? It's probably both.
