"There are plenty of legitimate issues with this company that ya don't need to create anymore"
Theres, good to see that you realize that OCATA has plenty of issues.
"Those words mean something."
Actions and results are what count, and OCATA is lacking big time on both counts.
Why it was OCATA! Yet they've never found the vision to make a profit, after 20 years in business. Talk about the blind leading the blind, just a bunch of buttheads running the asylum.
"By not communicating with share holders, one can reduce the need to lie to them."
That seems to be Dr Wotton's motto.
Karl, I have no idea what Jbolden said, just showing that the same thoughts crisscross the Universe all the time.
Theres, it's a crime that OCATA has not made profit in 20 years, along with losing shareholder value by 98%+, and they keep milking the shareholder for more stock dilution. And unlike you, I do not believe that a publically traded company should be able to operate like a Welfare Queen for so many years.
"how pathetic you will look when first qtr milestones are met"
Mark, are you kidding? I own 2.5K shares and I'd be happier than hell if this thing went higher. But right now I don't see how OCATA will meet any milestones, because the uplisting hasen't happened, ph2 hasen't begun, and the CEO is in hiding.
"stop lamenting about the past instead be optimistic about the future, it will happen!"
Just saying it dosen't make it so, if it did we'd all be rich. Actions are what count, and so far OCATA has been actionless.
Karl, is t his what you mean?
ATMP = Advanced-therapy-medicinal-product classification
Companies can apply to the European Medicines Agency to determine whether a medicine they are developing is an advanced-therapy medicinal product (ATMP). The procedure allows them to receive certification that a medicine, based on genes, cells or tissues, meets the scientific criteria that define ATMPs.
If so, I mentioned that the EMA would approve OCATA's AMD & SMD treatments sometime in the 1st quarter of 2015, but currently even thats looking bleak.
And now I believe that the only way for OCATA to get out of the mess they're in is by selling to a company that can afford to get them through these trials, but is there anyone interested in them? If so, hopefully it's someone like GE, or Pfizer.
Mark, when you have nothing to say, say nothing, otherwise you look like a butthead who refutes facts with wisecracks.
Theres, you wouldn't know the truth, if came up and sat on your close minded head.
Karl, it's not slander when using facts, but how would you know, being the company sheep that you are.
....so whats the backup plan? The Tufts Doggie Therapies maybe, but I''ll damn if I can find any about on OCATA's website, can you?
Now we know that brilliant people, like Dr Wotton always have a contingency plan, but does anyone have an idea what it is? Oh, I think I know, more stock dilution, because the motto of this company has become "Dilution is our Solution!". Hey, isn't that a crime?
"You and Beareclown can whack one together with this hot mag...clown :)"
We'd never think of infringing on your area of expertise.
The "Gary Zone" is a black hole where shareholder value gets sucked into, never to heard from again, just crushing the like and spirit out everyone.
"Do your homework"
I did, and I did some for a magpie chirper like you, too......and your welcome.
Karl, how misinformed can you be? A lot is how much!
Since TSLA's IPO in 2010 the stock is up by a factor of 10, since OCATA's IPO in 2005 the stock is down 98%+. What is wrong with your brain?
