Did you mean what happens when the buyout offer happens? If so, the stock will rise to almost the level of the offer. Might rise to $14 if the offer was for $15. Several months will likely pass before the buyout is completed. The immediate price will reflect many of the risks involved, for example is the buyer likely to complete the buyout.
The offer could be for cash, an exchange of shares, or a combination of both.
Could also be offers from other companies at higher prices.
Anyway, you'd have plenty of opportunity to sell it before the buyout is completed. You may get a little less than "full price," a reflection of the time and other risks involved.

Still holding shares bought @ 9.58 not too long ago. No other recent BDC buys. Was tempted last week with MCC, luckily stayed away though.
Was here before when it was up in the $10 area. Has to be a buyout candidate with an only $600 million market cap. Revenues steadily growing. A buyer could cut or adjust R&D, and SG&A, expenses. Probably a nice fit with many large medical equipment companies.
Still holding. Getting cheaper. Pays monthly, almost 7% yield. It's a property REIT, not a mortgage REIT. Holds mostly warehouse, distribution, and office properties. Not retail.
1:00 AM Eastern. WTI down about 40 cents. Silver hit hard, down over 20 cents. SUBJECT TO CHANGE BEFORE WE OPEN. Growth slowing in China. Hesitant to ease like everyone else.

I've traded SFY (Swift Energy) numerous times this year and had it many years back. SFY is my 2nd best profit producer this year. Guess what's no. 1........AVNR.
Thanks for the 9 "negative thumbs" (and counting). Just be ready for a positive reaction on Monday after the presentation. Shorties can't hold this down. Only 44 million shares outstanding. Would like to see the shorts scrambling to cover when SFY starts moving upward.
Here in WI we have to pay 5.5% state sales tax on top of the coin cost. Makes it a harder proposition buying bullion coins. How is it in your state?
Will be watching closely Monday AM. Either we get our opening rally (happens often here) or some good news from the 12:45 PM Eastern presentation.
Don't forget, they are presenting at a conference on Monday morning @ 9:45 Pacific (12:45 PM Eastern). Maybe some extra good news to roll out along with the obvious positives like...........
***trading of less than 1/2 of book value
***trading at less than 1.5 X cash flow
***reserves over 15 years of production
Kel..................ps....bring out those "down thumbs"
