Just a little excitement, then back to 26. Pearson's golden parachute is bound to be expensive.
1. Will longs continue to average down?
2. Will new suckers be drawn into the Valeant value black hole?
3. At what point will the shorts start to get nervous?
4. When will longs realize they're holding a turd?
This stock will occasionally peak slightly above 30, which may be time to sell and then buy at lower levels such as 25, 20 or lower. Exchange expensive shares for cheaper shares.
I think the high volume is due to selling at the perceived peaks and buying on the dips. A good strategy may be to sell at 30 and buy at 25 or 20 and so forth. It will on occasion go a bit above 30 but will dependable go lower and lower.
The mainline employees will be sweating, but management will be scheming how to make off with as much loot as possible. Lots of golden parachutes being prepared for the inevitable.
