Her quitting another company should be confirmation for you of "personal reasons" even if it isn't cancer. And hopefully it isn't cancer. Stop thinking you are so important that you should know everything about all public figures personal lives.
"(ii) The Investigation Team did not find evidence that the Company's revenues were inconsistent with public disclosures
""We were able to confirm that the company's revenue are entirely consistent with all public disclosures." HUGE legal difference. "
Show me forensic audit report results where the audit firm said what you are claiming. I work with legal departments all the time, and the way DT has worded it is how they speak.
Aren't you going to start claiming that DT is in cahoots with NQ's lawyers and making stuff up like your pal milky?
"The Investigation Team did not find any evidence that the Company had engaged in the fraudulent conduct alleged by Muddy Waters."
What does the above mean? Please explain to us how DT is stupid and couldn't add internal controls and missing information together and say it is fraud.
"Despite the Investigation Team's extensive review of documents and data provided by sources both within and outside the Company, the Investigation Team could not verify that the devices it collected and copied contained all responsive information at the time the copies were made. On many devices, the Investigation Team observed indications that some information might be missing, and the Company's management and staff were unable to provide a credible explanation for what the Investigation Team observed."
Here you go, so you are claiming "missing evidence" where is that? It says , "some information might be missing" , yeah you are right, it exactly means missing evidence of fraud, lol.
"When you are the single largest equity holder and you bail this means you have "seen the ghost". "
So Toro now joining NQ is why he has also "seen the ghost"? Your argument doesn't make sense.
PWC wants to go over the same info that DT did, that is the problem. That is why NQ is frustrated, it is like being prosecuted twice for the same allegation.
Do you know what you are talking about or are you just making stuff up? Did you even read the DT report??
"hey were not able to tick and tie revenue and major transactions, either because of fraud or awful internal controls."
"Reviewed and examined selected financial information and records (such as principal financial documents, ledgers and vouchers, bank slips and advices, revenue forecast and other financial forms, invoices, organization charts, and contracts) for any indications of fraudulent activity or improper financial reporting."
"(c) reviewing the revenues generated by the target companies after being acquired by NQ."
"(ii) The Investigation Team did not find evidence that the Company's revenues were inconsistent with public disclosures"
"Assume she has it, what does that mean for NQ?"
That she left because of personal reasons, and not because NQ is the devil in disguise as shorts are claiming.
"NQ needs to evaluate their next move, comply with PWC if they can, or dump them if they can't (2-3 weeks)."
So next week or the week after you are saying NQ should announce the audit update. I was hoping for this week, we really need a way forward, and a scheduled timeline as well of when the 20-F will be released.
If DT found something bad they would have disappeared very quickly, similarly with PWC. So PWC might want expanded audit, but they still have not found anything major.
" As I mentioned in a prior post, hanging NQ out to dry for several months is not exactly a good calling card for retaining existing China business or attracting new clients."
Agreed, not many firms would want an independent auditor where they look 100% just for their own benefit.
No problem, as with anything this estimation stuff is a guess. Why does AMZN have 150-500 PE while AAPL is 10-20. Hopefully for NQ longs it will have a fair PE for a tech company growing revenues and earnings.
You mentioned- ""PWC has stated that all four quarters of 2013 were audited, even though they are not submitted in audit form""
I think my question got lost in the long thread, how do you know PWC has stated that all four quarters were audited?
I didn't watch the video but read the article, the kid looks like he is 20 years old, as some basher was suggesting of tradestar.
How is the stock riskier than ever at $4? Stock is down almost 85% from the high. You buy 1K shares at this level, if everything is good stock goes back to $20s, and you make $15K+ if it goes kaput you lose $4K. Risk reward at this level is on the favor of the long side as long as you invest a small position.
I believe the financials are real , 2015 earnings is estimated at $1.67 EPS. NQ is saying there revenues are growing like crazy and their business is good, which I believe as well. A conservative Forward PE of 20 would give you a stock price of $33.
If you don't believe NQ or their financials of course than there is no point in calculating any of this stuff.
Tradestar, that's what I was going to ask, how the OP knew you were 20, of course another lie from a basher. Should not be surprised from a username like that.
Thanks for the article, keep posting the good stuff. This stock is very frustrating with so many facts that show that NQ is a successful company, yet PWC has done a huge screw job on the stock price.
Agreed, all this delay is because PWC wants to cover itself 100%. If there was no DT report I wouldn't be in this stock, but I believe DT did a very extensive job to cover themselves. Sucks that PWC is not believing NQ or DT.
I haven't doubted NQ or the management, especially after the DT report. After the history DT has had in China, I really doubt they would have screwed up a report like this. Idiot bashers here that say DT is in cahoots with NQ are just morons, DT would never risk itself like that for such small money.
Good luck in your position, I hope NQ longs will be rewarded in the long term, and hope NQ as a company is very successful.
Agreed gdx, buyout below $15 will be a screw job to the shareholders. If they can get an offer north of $15 or privatize the company at that price, they should do so right now and forget about the 20-F.
" I am very confident a Buyout offer at least double current price is working behind the curtain"
Wow, $9 sounds so exciting, better than $4.50 I guess.
They need to sell this at least $20 or get the 20-F completed and finalized, so that the stock can find it's true value of $30+
