Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited Message Board

By insurance co's I mean European insurance co's reimbursing European Pts. We already know that Ins Co's, the VA and Medicare are set to reimburse K. So, why wouldn't follow our example despite the NICE decision?

The name "Takeda" has been tossed around this board for the last year but I wonder if they even know SVNT and K exist? Anyone ever see any news coming out Takeda or anybody suggesting possible interest in SVNT? kg

I find it difficult to believe no one on this board apparently cares about the SVNT 'poison pill' expiring this August 2013? No one seems to be drawing the connection between this and the likelihood this opens us up to being taken over on the cheap! Does no one see this? Well then that would make certain SVNT execs guilty of a lot of things leading to a lot of credibility in a Shareholder Class Action - to expose & punish them! david, now after scratching a scar in my forehead trying to decipher your last three posts, I take it you think, even though I've posted numerous times to the contrary, that I think Class Actions are to return shareholders losses/compensation for exective's misdeeds. When what I have been saying all along is most SVNT long term shareholders have already lost near everything and should be inclined to support a Shareholder Class Action to publically reveal, expose, and legally punish the responsible SVNT Execs. Has nothing to do with getting our money back. Like you say, "I CAMT BELOEVE YOUR NOT GETTING IT" !!!! kg

Well then my ole rodgers buddy, I hate to say it, but I think I've learned over a very long time that possibly Obama is correct and the casino needs to regulated better.
