I've owned many MLP's and most end up with negative UBTI. But if UBTI goes over $1000 you have to report it, even in an IRA/401K. This free advice from a non-accountant is worth what you are paying for it.
Your spelling reeks of the Middle East. Go behead someone and leave us alone.
Why should cheap feed stock be bad for a refinery? They're still going to make their margins and demand for gasoline should go up with lower at the pump prices. I think refiners are unfairly being dumped with all the other oil stocks and that spells opportunity.
I originally bought in the mid 5's and held up until the beginning of this year. I sold because of the double digit premiums and fully expected both funds to crash back to normalcy at some point. I've been surprised at how strongly they'll held these high premiums all year. Finally, NCV is getting back to around a 5% premium and is back on my radar screen. And all CEF's don't sell for a premium, many of the best hover right around NAV.
It must be ready to pop when a bloviating windbag like yourself tries so hard to bring it down. Do they really pay you for this kind of drivel?
I suspect your parents didn't have many good days after you were born. The 1930's were a time of little work or worry? Really? I guess all those unemployed were happy to not have a job. You used to be entertaining, not you are just a freaking idiot. Ignore is your new name.
While I believe in the future of solar you are an absolute idiot if you believe the propaganda of global warming and/or the extinction of mankind because of fossil fuels. Maybe too many bells are ringing in your head?
That's some fuzzy math there Doc. To somehow equate a 10-25% confidence level on a rally just because we've had a 5 year run is idiotic. Wouldn't you have said basically the same thing last year after a 4 year run? Weakening in other countries should equate to a stronger dollar which will be good for many stocks and bad for others. But to dump the entire U.S. market based upon your made up risks and probabilities makes you sound like just another doofus college professor that doesn't know theory from his read end.
Don't fret little one. Did you ever hear of an ADR? You don't technically own foreign stocks, you hold an ADR that says you do. Ever know anyone that bought coastal land in Mexico? Foreigners can't buy the land so a bank technically owns it and you have a piece of paper that says they own it on your behalf. Just R E L A X.
Technically true but they're making deals with companies like Costco, so that line is blurring rapidly.
I think they made a mistake and meant to say Earnings, which can fall more than 100%. Per their website the 9 month figures show (in thousands) that in 2013 they reported a profit of $93,212. For the first 9 months of 2014 they show a loss of $297,307. By my calculations that is a 218% drop.
But it's not coming faster than I can put you on ignore. Bye bye.
And it opened on Thursday at 107 and closed at 109. So what does that prove, you insightful idiot?
Do you know absolutely nothing about MREIT's? They can't do it all with SPO's, no MREIT can or ever has. They are borrowing money at around 2% and buying loans paying around 6%. Then they leverage up that spread to get to the high yields. Go read a 10-Q for once in your life and maybe you'd understand a little about what you are investing in.
If you are buying AAPL at these prices you really don't know what you are doing. You also don't understand that PE by itself means next to nothing. I suggest you take some time to learn about growth rates and PEG ratios before you mutter nonsense..
I hope you shorted the heck out of this yesterday. Then you would be losing your shirt, not loosing it. And usually you make or lose money hand over fist, not fist over hand. What eastern European country are you living in and how many kopeks on a ruble do they pay you to write such crapola?
I have to agree with you. If Amazon is worth $350 and can't make a dime, where's the limit for a profitable company in the largest growth market in the world? Sit back, kick back, and get rich.
You don't seem to know much about economics or death. It takes demand to move gold, not currency. And since you raised it, who do you know that left this world with knowledge?
