I hear ya. Hard to understand how this just fell in the crapper on basically no news. At this point there's no way I'm selling either. Also hard to believe the BB's are happy buying more at 28 and watching this crash even further.
I agree the time for a Cisco or IBM to step up would be now. The next couple weeks should prove interesting.
I've read between the lines and come to the conclusion that you as bigoted as they come, besides being a fool. You must work in Obama's Justice Department.
If I sell you a 60 Put then I'm betting the stock stays above 60. But where did you get that 1100 amount? Yahoo only shows 426 open Puts and a volume of 1 yesterday. .
Hey idiot boy, the last 4 divs come out to 27 cents and that includes the last one which was probably bumped higher for the end of the year. Try learning math before you open your mouth and try to be smart. .
Especially considering the 6 figure profit she claims to have made on some buyout she owned. I think she has multiple personalities. One seems brilliant, the others not so much.
Actually the majority find it abnormal to shove a male sex organ into a hole designed for excrement. It's just that idiotic millennials have been taught that everything is okay, just don't have sex with sheep because only PETA speaks for sheep and they don't like it. It won't be long before the pedophiles will want equal rights and the left will convince another illiterate generation not to judge.
If that's true then you ought to understand why Amazon wants to get in the delivery business. Nobody should get $100 an hour to deliver packages, especially on the day after Thanksgiving. .
You own a biopharm with no approved drugs, basically no revenue, and you say you are not a speculator? If it walks like a duck and sounds like a duck ....
I also wrote the Dec 55 Puts and got 3.70 for them. One of my best moves of the year as I sold 50 of them across a couple of accounts. Plus, I wrote the 65's for 5.75 and don't mind the minimal loss on picking up those shares. Looking forward to a profitable first quarter.
The fact that you even listened to his message shows what an ignoramus you are. It's lies like yours that Adolph used to con the German people. Obama, Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, Chavez, Castro, all the same. Lie to the people often enough that fools like you actually believe in them. Those that don't learn from history are condemned to repeat it. Buy yourself a good history book and get an education.
Ev , most of us expect a buyout at some time, that's why we are here. It will happen and you certainly aren't the only voice calling for it. But you are the only one that wants to get credit for making that call. The twist you have added is saying that a buyout has been sitting on their desk all year. You have stated they only have to clean up their house, like firing Uli, and then it will happen. That's the point of contention. And then to day trade a somewhat non volatile stock like ACAD flies in the face of knowing a buyout could come at any time, since it is already on their desk. I don't really care what stocks you day trade, I've just never met a day trader that would dance around an imminent buyout. The one question I would like an answer to is this: Why would you sit on a buyout offer and what is the trigger that finally makes you accept it?
Take a look at RDUS, they are a very similar story to ACAD. After announcing a 3 month delay on NDA submission the stock took a huge hit. That ignores the fact that the European application is moving along. The option volatility is huge and that's where money is made. Unlike Uli, they delayed to allow their team to enjoy the holiday's after working so hard on the EMA submission. 12 month study data will be included in the NDA and that just ended in Dec. so the delay is prudent.
It's not that a CEO would listen to Cramer, it's that a buyout makes some sense for several of these struggling behemoths. I much prefer Cramer suggesting CYBR as a good buyout candidate rather than a FEYE.
Once again you try to bash instead of answer a question, who is playing the idiot here? I don't care how many accounts you have, if you truly know a buyout is in the works why would you play a day trading game on this particular stock when there are thousands of others to easily day trade? Let's see, I know there is a buyout coming at probably twice the current price, therefore I will day trade this company?!?!?!?! Sorry that is just plain stupid. I'd like to believe many of your optimistic posts, but then you occasionally spout gibberish and lose all credibility. And keep your Duh's to yourself, they make you look less like the brilliant trader you claim to be.
Hey Duh, the last thing you would want to do is play around with day trading if you are waiting for a buyout announcement. Are you really going to play games on a few dollar swings when a buyout will get you many more times that? If there really is a buyout on the table, day trading is just plain lunacy.
Why should we care about a technical channel when there is already a buyout sitting in their hands? I'm mean that is what you've said, correct?
By your way of thinking we should have had a buyout on that run above 50. Even Adam Frankenstein chimed in on that one. Then poof, it was all gone.
I gave up selling calls because I feared making 40 cents only to see the price go to 50. I did sell some 37 puts last month though. Got the stock handed to me Monday just before the run up. Good luck.
