... Shows how much they know or pay attention to details. These law firms are a bunch of opportunist just playing the numbers game, jumping on any class action they can go for. But they would do a better job at faking how knowledgeable they are about ZQK by at least spelling the company name correctly! Duh!
I wouldn't be surprised if this is a social media teaser campaign for something big with Quiksilver on the higher fashion front. TWBA is one of the top branding firms in the world --- if they have inside knowledge of a bigger fashion play by ZQK, they would naturally want to make that bridge, even in a fun creative way with a guy in a neoprene business suit. Open your eyes to what Kelly Slater is doing with his Outerknown clothing line. They are partially owned by a French fashion conglomerate - Kering. The French luxury group's portfolio of brands includes Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent and Balenciaga, and now also Kelly Slater's Outerknown. -- Outerknown is taking full page ads in the Wall Street Journal and New York Times. Do you think it's because they will be selling T-shirts? Hell no! Outerknown is going upper end fashion, and Quiksilver sees this also as an opportunity for its brand too. Pure speculation, but that's how it appears that the cards are stacking up. Don't be surprised if ZQK is prepping for something along the line of what Outerknown is doing. My hunch.
