Thanks Ultra. As always I appreciate your help. I guess I'm a little confused on the terms for which they have to pay them back. I need to do some better research.
In regards to the one loan, is it a 4 year loan which they will be making their last payment in 2017? Is it a balloon payment in 2017? Is the interest front loaded or will they be paying a standard 10% every year on the outstanding principle? If it is like a bond, I'm guessing they just pay the interest semi-annually and then pay the principle back in 2017. If that is the case can they pay the principle down with a surplus of cash to save on interest?
The more I type the more I realize how much I don't know...thanks again for the help. I've been following your every word on this board and really appreciate you educating all of us!
Do you know how much it will cost to service their debt? Or, in other words, do you know the terms of TC's loans?
I'll say it again...2.58. Lol. Hopefully you were right and this is FINALLY the bottom
I appreciate your insight. What do you think would happen if a buyout was to occur? Where do you think the price would go? Just curious as I have never been a part of a buyout and would be a little confused if the situation was to occur. Thank you!!
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Why does it keep tanking though? Despite all this good news from MM, I think people think this is a gold miner and don't want to touch it. I would think gold should be doing great with the gov't shutdown and Yellen as our next fed chair. Any ideas?
Sorry to be an idiot, but how do I read these things? Thank you very much for the info
You are pretty annoying...and I was definitely one of your doubters, but I have to admit you might be right here. So, how far up is this baby gunna go now you physic?
Why are we heading back down to the 3's? Nothing but good news coming out, metal prices are semi stable, and the gov't shutdown is all bull***t that really doesn't even effect us.
Please tell me this is true??? Where can I find it?
