    Anyone have

    by dancewynn Jul 16, 2014 2:11 PM

This morning I received ad from a charles Moskowita promoting VOIL. Says that they have 266 M barrels of proven reserves, after acquiring a 'Paowan Prospect' tract of land. Does anyone know if this is true? If even half true, it seems some company with deep pockets may come and finance the work in return for percentage of the profits. Opinions?

    News Says Merger Talks Ended

What's your present opinion of TAS going forward, e.g., thru the end of the year? Any reason for optimism? Otto Huber and some other naysayers seem to make good arguments for their position.

Another item: PCYG will soon be included in a couple stock indexes. This normally causes the stock to rise, since various mutual funds and other institutions buy it. Instead, the stock fell today. Any opinions?

PCYG fell some more today on fairly heavy volume. This looks like a roller coaster ride. Seems it may have support at the 200 day moving average. If so, then we probably have to wait another few months for price to rise to 13+. Never mind the $19-20+ target that Bean puts out -- maybe a year or more?

Yes, Most investors are aware that Blueberries are a super food.
    Let's get some solid financials:
How many pounds does PBFI expect to sell this year? In 2015?
HOw much profit per pound does PBFI make?
How much are the CEO and other officers paid, to include salaries, travel, and company overhead?

Looking at the balance sheet, the earnings have been going DOWN the last three years. What is PBFi doing different this year to expect earning to go Up?

    PBFI is INSOLVENT

Good tip. Yes, the company looks like a 'pump and dump'' hype scheme. It's been in existence three years, has almost no assets, no net profits and the balance sheet is worsening from year to year. Selling 35,000 pounds of blueberries to Dole isn't going to do much for the bottom line.

If anyone has an idea how much PBFI's total harvest and sales are stimated for this year, please post.

How much does the company receive per pound of blueberries -- $1.00, maybe $1.50? What is the net profit per pound? At 35,000 lbs a year, it will take a long time to make a decent profit.

How much do the CEO, other officers and board members get paid? Looks like a much of the money from the stock sales will go for these expenses.

Stansberry's Resource Report which was issued today, gave SBR a high receommendation, and expects its distributions to rise. It's likely that readers saw this as a good opportunity to buy. The volume today of 83k sh was four times the average of 21 k.

Re-read your message -- that's an interesting analysis. These last two weeks also see it going up strongly on fairly heavy volume. Concerning the merger, as I recall it was supposed to be one share of Tasman for three shares of Flinders. Yet TAS is floundering near the 1.40 level, less than two times the price of FLNXF, now at $0.82. Do you stil think the merger will occur? If so, will the exchange rate be improved, so that Flinders shareholders get a better deal?
