Haven't been on this board forever. What is the most likely source of the radiation, the two Japaneese plants which had partial meltdowns about 4 years ago? Saw a PBS special on that last night. The hundreds of Japaneese workers deserve medals and fully paid retirement for working 24/7 to stop the whole thing from blowing up. Instead, due to the Japaneese culture, they view themselves as responsible for the accident just because they worked for the company which built the plants. When they were hit with a 50 foot high Tsunami, it was evident that no one ever considered the possiblility that a 20 foot tall seawall would be inadequate.
zach's doesnh't think so, they have it as a hold, but momentum is A rated. I'm buried in SD, CHK, CLNE and other oil and gas stocks, but SD is rated has having huge upside potential, like $8 per share. I'm looking at buying calls at $0.50 strike for next March or maybe later, the ask price is $0.16 per share. I could have an option of 10,000 shares for $1,600, and it wouldn't take much of a price move to put me in the black. I saw another service that had SD rated a "buy", I believe it was Cramer. The risk vs reward looks really low to me. JMHO, and there are some large players buying shares behind the scenes at these prices. I keep thinkiing about Buffet's advice to buy when others are fearful. I did just that 6 years ago and made a killing. The last year, I've given back some of it on paper in oil and gas stocks, but on the whole, sticking my neck out when Fox was telling everybody to stay out of the market because the Dow was headed for 2,500 in January of 09. If I had followed Fox's advice, I would have missed the greatest bull market in history.
