because Nasdaq/SEC Feds etc..could not understand the seriousness that this is a Malaysian company, all their executives and big shots are gonna be in a foreign land where US jurisdiction does NOT reach. Of course they will play by all the rules I am sure, not saying they wont or dont.... but what if they dont, like anytime? how would you go after them in a foreign land?
if NASDAQ would have done all that and had told MOLG execs that hey we will let u IPO in US, but you gotta all stay in US, surrender your passports and cant leave the country, so if you ever play foul or have accounting errors or screvv americans, we can come after you all. did nasdaq or sec do that? NO. so now we little guys pay the price . just my opinion
I guess a major one would have taken the stock price to -$2.71 perhaps, maybe who knows??? LOL just kidding
I mean at -2.71, it would be like paying a stupidity fine for buying this bio stock in the 1st place, right? LMAO. just kidding again
Does billionaire Tan not believe in mercy? Why doesnt he look at it this way. If he shows mercy on us investors and buys out ALL outstanding shares at $3, it will cost him $30M, but Jesus will give him a lot more in heaven because he relieves us of our unending miseries. not a bad tradeoff for $30M Mr. Tan.
u lose $30M now, but gain favor with the man up there, JC. what sayeth thou? plz buy us out at 3 bucks, go private your own way, so i can break even and our misfortunes w MOLG finally end.
everybody goes home happy. good idea, no?
yeah i am going to cover my short, but there's only one problem. I am NOT a short, i own 1800 shares at 3 bucks.
God at this pt. $3 would sound like a dream come true. If multi billionaire Tan can cough up $30M to buy us out at 3 bucks, I will start to believe in a just God again in life
but then again, where would a multi billionaire come up with an extra $30M, right?
1 share owned by KOOL? LOL, that is funny. i own more than that, come on man :-)
MOLG filed Form 20-F annual report of some kind, i dont know
can a smart guy who understands those documents go thru 'em and translate it if its any good, if there's any hope left, if we can get 3 bucks ever.
i read a little of it, but couldnt make out heads or tails from it
They said they will reduced workforce of 30+ employees by 50%. So approx. 15 people still stay aboard.
What will 15 people do at the office when the trials failed so bad? Will they show up, play hoops in the front yard, play solitaire cards, or watch for deals online? what else will 15 people do at this co. when there is nothing left in the trials anymore? I just dont get it.
maybe 15 people needed to beat a dead horse with a stick out in the parking lot. LOL ;-))
my opinion: i think its probably hedge funds orchestrating pre-planned buying and selling amongst themselves thats keeping Netlfix stock this high. By playing pps sideways, hedge funds may lose on stock commissions and not make anything on stock buy and sells, but they can bag millions upon millions in options premiums from retail suckers. just my opinion and pure guess thats all
dude, speak in plain english plz. Can we get $3 so I can sell my bag and break even? am i asking for too much by wanting to simply break even at 3 bucks
Sentiment: Strong Buy
can they do that? just party up the remaining cash and let our kids starve. thats bread from their mouths
i am selling ALL at $3. I got a limit GTC SELL order for 1800 shares at $3
sometimes i feel like this stock is like an aggressive cancer in my acct. if i dont get rid of it, it will eat me as an investor alive
wasnt it the CEO who sold or exercised her options whatever.... at much much higher levels. left the stinky rotting bag for us while she made off so good when the going was good. am i missing anything? aint that the fact?
didnt they just have earnings like 2-3 weeks ago or so. next earnings will be like 3 months away
Even though we all got screvved so bad, let us be happy for the insiders who were smart enough to sell and bail at the highs when the going was so good.
can you imagine how much sadder they would have been now had they NOT sold prior to the crash? that's a smart management I would say, their PhDs finally paid off for them today
Sentiment: Strong Buy
when you buy something at $3 and its at $2.50s right after you buy within a day or two, thats called being under water
