By Sam Chambers
March 3 (Bloomberg) -- Nokia’s forecast for licensing rev.
to reach quarterly run rate of EU600m in 2014 is conservative,
Canaccord says after meeting co.’s chief IP officer Paul Melin
at Mobile World Congress.
* Canaccord: Samsung arbitration (2015) and other new patent
initiatives should provide higher-margin opportunities for
Nokia in L/T
* Upcoming licensing negotiations w/Apple may be a source
of further upside
* Raises ADR to buy with PT of $10 (~32% upside)
* NOTE: In Feb, Nokia settled a patent dispute with HTC
* NOTE: In Jan, Credit Suisse said Nokia can increase its
patent royalties by 40%
They will have to do offering either way of course whether anything is successful or even if not. Still interested in what call option (which is what Prana is) is worth with dilution coming. Biotechs are crazy gambles and few succeed. Hard to pick the very few winners even though some of those could be spectacular. Curious why this early data warrants a better than expected result? I agree with topic poster that it looks pumpy to me and certainly very very risky. Why are u so aggressive in your posts?Thoughts?

Wall street analyst are almost universally bullish looking for business is what I meant in previous post. So negativity like that is unusual
Also. What is credibility of Summer Street scientist that says methodology may be flawed? What axe does he have to grind? They are almost uniformy bullish looking for opportunity to sell convert or secondary.
So they can sell after IMAGINE?How much do insiders own?Have they been selling? How many millions will they need to run Phase three?Out of 100 what are the chances they will have an approvable viable product? Is it higher that 10%?
Does PRANA indeed have an at the market shelf registration that allows them to dump new stock on market when it pops?
Yes sell on news and buy calls after the drop for March IMAGINE is the way to go. Day trading bulls will sell on news we almost have to given the squeeze and over bullish interpretation of data. It is pretty clear that the release was biased to infer success. However, that is not unusual in speculative biotechs burning cash at prodigious rates. I will sell and consider buying calls back when volatility priced into calls settles lower.
How far did it go down after call?Is the 9.98 on Yahoo correct?Who thinks the data warranted a 40% move in stock?Didnt everybody that owned the stock at the very least expect the quality of data they reported?Answer seriously please.
I thought conference call was only fair. They did not really respond to the first question where someone asked about AF evaluation that suggested it was exaggerated and disappointing. Pumpers will lose interest and sell on news and maybe come back before Imagine data in March. I like the idea of buying calls after stock drops. The air should come out of them tomorrow. Some Feb puts might be a good buy for the next week.
