Look where this went in '08

Well there is NO reason to remember, either. You obviously haven't performed proper research if you think CLF will hit that level again. If it does, the SEC should be ALL OVER it, because we will then know for certain that certain stocks are being heavily targeted by the HF trading schemes and of course, Jim Cramer, GS, and the rest of the idiots who become wealthy at innocent people's expense. By the way, how much are you getting paid to bash CLF?

    No wonder Cliffs is down!

Bull! The reason CLF is down and has been tanking for weeks is because Cramer and the rest of his slimeball buds at GS are pounding it into the ground. This is how they become wealthy; they pick the best stocks to own... the ones that they KNOW will bring the most profits in the long term... and they manipulate them until they scare investors into selling. Trust me... CLF will bounce again, and when it does, Cramer and the rest of them will reap the rewards. Who do they think they are kidding? Pfft.

One of the best stocks to own. Love the smokescreen action. So obvious.

Yeah right. This is nothing other than manipulation and if anyone kows the company, you know it too. This is almost comical.

They sure as hades won't get my shares. Crooks. I will just buy down right there with them. I have some serious tanacity and weathered all of these headfakes. This is no different. My research on this company has been very thorough and i am confident that I own a very strong company. I also have friends in London and all over the world who work as financial analysts and they agree with me.

GS won't upgrade even in the 40's.....

This s greed at its height. I will give you two examples off the top of my head... no, I will give you three. Take a look at last year. BUCY went to 49ish, DE also did and FCX tanked. Why? Well look at them now. This is a game for these traders, This is how they maintain their ivy covered mansions in Greenwich and penthouses in NYC. They do this by scaring investors and stealing their shares. GREED is the name of the game on this stock.

  • Folks, I know exactly what I'm talking about. If you are thinking about buying this, DON'T. Someone said that Cramer suggested to buy this on the dips. i don't watch the greedy man, but if he said this, it is because HE and HIS buddies at GS and everywhere else are targeting this stock. If you buy now, they will just take it down. This stock is clearly being targeted right now. I will buy down because I am long, but if you are short term investor, do not buy into this. If you are long, STAY PUT. They are trying to scare the hades out of you so you will think it is going lower. And it may go lower, but that is part of their game. STAY PUT.

  • I can see the sharks (CRAMER and the rest of the gang) are at it again. That Cramer HAS to be the greediest man I have ever witnessed. He is like a madman when he becomes fixated on a stock. And he will keep on and on, like the rest of them, until they see that no one else is falling for their mess. STOP SELLING into this. The more you sell, the more they will keep tanking, and then they will turn around and buy your shares. THAT IS EXACTLY what is happening here.

    Possible Reality Check

I am not seeing that. I am seeing purchases. What exactly is your motive. You sure did reply to the OPs comment a little too quickly, imo. Are you sure you two aren't the same people?

  • Please tell Cramer and anyone else who hired you to post your distorted and baseless information to stop wasting their time. You can keep trying to tank this stock but the intelligent investors will hold and buy down. You are a joke so get lost and move to another board where people are dumb enough to believe your greedy lies.

Nice little philosophical song and dance you have presented here but I can clearly detect that YOu are a paid basher. See, what you people don't realize is that some of us here are well informed about this company, drugs (pharmaceuticals and how they REALLY work) and of course, how media and individuals like YOU come to the boards of the most profitable and promising stocks, in your attempts to scare investors. I see you and know what you are up to. FACT: Take a look at SEC filings on 1/31/2011. If the company had anything to hide, then please tell me why several insiders acquired many shares on that day?
    Go play with yourself.

The burden of proof does NOT lie on Celgene, especially when NOTHING has been proven and the media has simply distored the facts to scare investors. Cramer's "the Street" has been notorious about this, so I find it odd that he suggested to buy this on the dips. I would be willing to bet that he had a large play in the selloff today. He and his "The Street" has been eyeing this stock for a while now.
What a better time to bash the stock and release supposedly true negative news than a few days after insider BUYING has taken place. Just look at the SEC files. You will see for yourself that insiders bought on 1/31/2011. Enough said. If insiders had any reservations or has lied, do you really think they would have bought the stock? What a crock.

    To the ML "client"

I am the "ML client." First of all, it is a fact that you posted your comment incorrectly. Allow me to correct you. It is not "there," it is "their."
Secondly, but most importantly, I have been a 'client" of ML for more than twenty years and happen to know that they have one of the best research teams. Most of my stocks in the dividend managed portfolio are winners. Yes, it was suggested today that I buy Celgene. Big fish do eat small fish but I am not a small fish, according to ML standards.

Finally someone who is honest. If other analysts are done tanking their stock for their own personal gain, they too will upgrade this stock, CELG is one of the best buys in the market right now and anyone with a brain should know that. I just love the media's play on these awesome stocks; they always go after the best ones. Ever noticed?

Buy -No Information about rare cancer

This is BY FAR, one of the BIGGEST, MOST UNSUBSTANTIATED HEADFAKES I have seen in a long time. This is almost funny.

  • To bash Celgene? How much did they pay you to bring up unfounded rumors about Celgene's drugs, in their efforts to tank the stock?

  • Big time. Cramer and the boys at GS and the other firms are behind every bit of this. I will call the FDA tomorrow to set the facts straight but have already read enough to substantiate my own claim that these so-called rumors about cancer are UNFOUNDED. If Cramer is so sure about cancer, why doesn't he come out and talk about it on his show? WHY NOT? Well for starters, unless he knows for certain (which he clearly doesn't), he will be sued.

    revlimed causes cancer?

kteerga kteerga Feb 3, 2011 3:42 PM Flag

    These claims have been unfounded.
I have read the reports but most of them have been published on the internet by CRAMER's 'THE STREET.'

I am done trying to defend this stock. If anyone is dumb enough to sell into this nonsense and distortion of the news to scare the smaller investors, they will lose money, and I will not feel sorry for them. Overall, there is much more upside to this laughable stock price than downside.

What is funny about this is that my Financial Advisor at ML (who handles my CMA account) called me today and suggested that I buy this. Now are you telling me that the report was released by ML? Something about this is not adding up.
