i think the split is hurting the stock. Nobody wants Class C shares with no voting power. This stock has performed bad since the announcement.
That explains the early morning dips!
I bot PCLN and AMZN both on weakness. Both high growth companies and should be good second half 2014.
Selling is done. Moving up now quickly! Same pattern as we've seen last few trading sessions. Maybe buyback in a.m. by Apple.
...Google Inc. (GOOG) on Monday disclosed $9.5 million in cash bonuses, tied to the company's performance in fiscal year 2013, for certain executives.
While Chief Executive and Co-Founder Larry Page and Co-Founder Sergey Brin again weren't awarded cash bonuses, Chief Financial Officer Patrick Pichette's bonus increased to $3 million from $2.8 million, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Meanwhile, Chief Business Officer Nikesh Arora received a $3.5 million bonus, up from $2.8 million last year, while Chief Legal Officer David C. Drummond received a bonus of $3 million, down from $3.3 million in the prior year.
The bonuses are slated to be paid on March 14, according to the filing.
Last month, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing that it awarded $100 million in restricted stock to Executive Chairman and former CEO Eric Schmidt, as well as a cash bonus of $6 million.
Google GOOG) at that time said the annual cash bonus was awarded "in recognition of his contributions to Google's (GOOG) performance in fiscal year 2013."
Mr. Schmidt had also received a $6 million cash bonus last year tied to the company's fiscal 2012 performance.
Google (GOOG) continues to post strong revenue growth, beating back concerns that the shift in Internet usage to mobile devices from desktop computers would harm its lucrative search business.
Through Monday's close, the company's shares have risen 46% in the last 12 months.
This is a buy opportunity imo!
I don't recall either Greenspan or Bernanke ever making such a statement!!!!

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) expects big things from its iPhone 6, due sometime this year. According to Taiwanese news site Digitimes and reports in China’s Commercial Times, Apple is expected to put in an order for about 90 million of the new units with Foxconn, which builds the devices for Apple in China.
Should I sell before the split? I'm not sure what I think about this new class of shares (Class C) with no voting power. I'd much rather had seen a straight split with my Class B shares. I know that management put some type of protection on the shares should they fall 1% below class A or B but who knows what the stock price will be after the split. Intelligent thoughts on this are much appreciated as I am in somewhat confused as to what to do here. I love Google but would hate to see shareholder value erode on these untried waters GOOG is treading! Thanks for any help!
Flippin tired of this tired price action in Apple stock!
Let it rest.Acquisitions can be good but are costly to the bottomline! EPS can suffer!
I thought sure it would have been down big after Darden doom and gloom news re sales. On the contrary BWLD is only down marginally today. Shrugging off the market blues! Good sign!
