I never talk to them. Much better to buy and sell on their internet website yourself. I had no
problem at all. However, what's done is done and I hope you don't lose out.
I believe its because English is his second language as he grew
up in Teheran, Iran and doesn't really sound or put his words together like those born in the USA. In other words he tries too
hard to impress with his English.
He writes about not stockpiling cash but he hasn't yet said why he is
accumulating all the money from the rights issue and what he intends to do
with it. I beginning not to trust him.
He isn't going to get anywhere with this latest scheme. He is always wanting more and I am
wondering if he would in turn pay his shareholders a dividend? I doubt it. Beginning to wonder
where it will all end.
I still feel a bit uneasy about this rights issue as no one seems to know what Biglari wants
the money for. Is it for a specific purpose or what? I am beginning not to trust him.
Maybe because you tried to do it on Sunday when the stock exchange is closed is the
reason they didn't do it then. But its best to do it yourself if possible rather than talk
I don't see a any problem. You can either use the rights to buy more shares or sell them . They
are supposed to expire 5 pm Sept.16. I couldn't afford to buy more so sold all my rights for
around 30.90 each. I had no problem doing it myself in my Fidelity account on my laptop.
Whatever you do don't do nothing.
I did it all on the intern et. Clicked on sell, placed a market order and got 30.90 for them. I have no idea
what the price is today - maybe I should have waited but I am quite happy with the sum that appeared
in my account the next day!!!! Now I understand the amount will be credited within three working days.
Sorry stupid me quoted an entirely wrong price above. However, I have sold all my rights now as I don't
think they will get higher and Monday is a holiday.
I just discovered these BH WH shares are in my account !!!! Selling at around 2.73 at the moment.
