As a long time shareholder, whenever things start looking good, management does something that is not in the shareholder's interest.
I still hold shares, but I'm not thinking this is so good. I bought an electronics manufacturing company with a CEO with lots of "skin in the game," and which held a possible real estate bonus. Now what is it? I'm surprised the stock price didn't fall with the announcement of Mr Wang leaving. Perhaps the price holding up is a good omen.
I lurk on this board. Why buy shares of GRVY at $0.95 if you believe the management has no incentive to make a profit?
