Cramer is a shrill. he totes the analyst line like Zacks et al.
I don't watch his show so what were the reasons it's dead? the Gilead news?
I didn't say that to be popular. Nor to be politically correct. And yes that cop with the broomstick went to jail. But that is the kind of "good ol' boy" comeraderie that gets the police in trouble.
LIKE IT OR NOT. (and I supposed you don't). Sometimes you got to air the differences of opinion to get all the dirtly laundry out.
And if we don't want to have repeats of the murder of the two cops in NYC. we need to have an honest discussion. So don't use the poor kids as your argument andre.. That's a poor discussion point: hiding behind the orphaned kids. AND IT"S NOT WHAT I SAID. So go suck an egg.
I can do that kind of BS argument too: watch this: " I suppose you don't want to have this discussion so there will be more orphaned kids right".
you know that's BS.
and the capes are on long term contract. will continue to bring in $$ while riding out this drop.
Wish I could say the same for the panas.
The bottom line is this country needs to have a dialogue. The citizens of the us need to let the police officers know that if they abuse their power there is going to be a pushback. I'm not condoning killing anyone, that's why i'm saying this. But the NYPD had been abusing it's power by pulling over minorities in an auto stop for no reason. Then, when out of the car they were told by the police to empty their pockets.
The laws in NYC were that if you did not display any pot, then you were ok. But the cops would force you to empty your pockets onto your car hood... then after making commit the crime, arrest you for it. This was clearly an abuse of power. Just like the time they killed that guy in jail by sticking a broom stick up his #$%$ in the jail. Yes, the cops did that....
The Police have to understand that there are consequences to their actions just like any citizen has consequences to their actions.
You can bet your bottom dollar that there is still a deep seated resentment over that "pot display" #$%$ that was going on for several years.
Once again, i'm not condoning killing anyone. And my suggestion that a dialogue take place is to prevent further misery.
People have to realize that when a cop decides to arrest you that means you MUSt surrender. You cannot resist. you have to trust the cop that once you're in handcuffs, you are safe from them.
If people can't trust the cops that they are safe once in handcuffs then the fertilizer will still hit the fan for everyone.
I'd venture to say" It's neutral"
primarily because it's old news and water under the bridge. ATRS should learn from the experience and move on. carefully dating and documenting their new inventions. key word "CAREFULLY". and then get that patent specialist all over it so she can nail down the IP. For some odd reason I can't find the news release when ATRS said they hired her.
Which is why ATRS hired a patent attny to bolster any new patents they may apply for. Wotton totally F'd this part of the business up.
umm DRYS owns 13 of them. Although I do not know what DRYS has them rented out for. Spot? or contract. and how many.
so. umm... yeah, it's important.
