Botinsel: Maybe you read ``buying ``instead of ``burying`` like I did on first glance, I guess what he meant is that results must not be conclusive enough to make them public, so Brad is burying them for the time being. I don't think we'll see a substantive hike in SP until Brad files for approval with FDA.
Anyone knows if they are still recruiting in head and neck trial? If not, when was the last patient recruted?
Mr. Armed, it has never entered my mind that Oncolytics would or could manipulate the share price, but a potential financier or buyout candidate can and has done it before and will do it again when and if it suits him.
My prediction is based on the fact that Brad 1: has enough material for a news release any time it suits him. 2: Oncolytics will be needing money in a few months so its kind of urgent to raise money through a financing. 3: A financing below $4.00 creates too much dilution. 5: Very good news will catapult share price.. As you can see, my prediction is not just a wild guess looking at a crystal ball.
I predicted a couple of months ago that,we would see,sp between $4.50"and $5.00 by the end of March and a,financing or buyout offer end of April or,early May. My prediction still stands.
It´s been almost three months since we heard from Brad. If I remember well, during last annual meeting, he said that he would give a monthly update to the investors. We are still waiting, Mr. President.
That is to keep the lid on the box, making sure sp does not run away while the shorts keep on buying back the borrowed shares they sold. My opinion only.
It looks like someone is taking us for a ride. Is it Brad? Is it the market makers? Is it the powerful competition? Anyway, there is no logic behind the way the sp has been manipulated for years. Something has got to give, and soon.
One silver lining. There seems to be more people eager to buy than there are to sell. The bid is almost always higher than the ask on both Nasdaq and TSX.
Is Acuity back after their December sell off? I can't find Oncolytics ownership with my I-Pad.
I believe that Brad once said that as soon as the last event occurred, he would make a thorough evaluation that could last a few weeks before reporting to FDA, making sure all possibilities would be looked at. Maybe we are in that period.
