A/G non binding arbitration is coming in March. If it's 400m or less ACTC will take it as is and move on. If they can get this monkey off their backs & get rid of clueless shareholders like Pernaclown that's two monkeys off their back.
Who knows...He is the ultimate parasite & a detriment to humanity. Maybe one day he'll have a stroke instead of being a stroke & won't be able to hide behind his keyboard anymore...what a clown.
What is wrong with this??? Looks pretty good to me.
At Warren's first Banking Committee hearing on February 14, 2013, she pressed several banking regulators to answer when they had last taken a Wall Street bank to trial and stated, "I'm really concerned that 'too big to fail' has become 'too big for trial.'" Videos of Warren's questioning became popular on the internet, amassing more than 1 million views in a matter of days. At a Banking Committee hearing in March, Warren questioned Treasury Department officials why criminal charges were not brought against HSBC for its money laundering practices. With her questions being continually dodged and her visibly upset, Warren then compared money laundering to drug possession, saying "if you’re caught with an ounce of cocaine, the chances are good you’re going to go to jail... But evidently, if you launder nearly a billion dollars for drug cartels and violate our international sanctions, your company pays a fine and you go home and sleep in your own bed at night."
In May, Warren sent letters to Justice Department, Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Federal Reserve, questioning their decisions that settling rather than going to court would be more fruitful.
In May 2013, Warren introduced her first bill, the Bank on Student Loans Fairness Act, which would allow students to take out government education loans at the same rate that banks such as Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan Chase pay to borrow from the federal government. Suggesting that students should get "the same great deal that banks get," Warren proposed that new student borrowers be able to take out a federally subsidized loan at 0.75%, the rate paid by banks, compared with the current 3.4% student loan rate. Endorsing her bill days after its introduction, Independent Senator from Vermont Bernie Sanders stated: "the only thing wrong with this bill is that [she] thought of it and I didn’t" on The Thom Hartmann Program.
JQ, are you going to finance the trials? The money has to come from someplace and the reality is you raise when you can-and do it w/o advance notice. If the stock jumps to $12, why not sell 4mm at $10 and secure
cash for trials through 2018? They are working on many indications and that means many trials. You simply can't ask for authorization to sell shares right before your going to to do it or the stock gets hammered. This way we went down to 5.20 and in another week it will be forgotten. Other then wishing that exec compensation was in options well above current price, I have no issues with what he is doing.
Whats really scary (to me) is I only had 3500 post R/S and went on a buying spree when the stock was post R/S and the MB was down and no one would bid for the friggin stock. Now I am a large block owner +10K, guess I'm a bit oversubscribed but then I look at INOs & NWBOs valuation and everything is good.
Just took a look at the chart (as far back as yahoo lets us) and it looks fantastic! Higher highs, higher lows and a nice up-word projecting channel. I looked because I was bumin a bit about the pullback from 5.60 after the double top on Tuesday, but the chart puts it all in perspective. Really about as good a chart as one could ask for.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Looks like a pretty good lineup of whose who in emerging cancer therapies. . I've stayed at that hotel, pretty darn nice place and Boston is a good location, so it should attract quite a few heavyweights in the institutional investors & big pharma world
Sentiment: Strong Buy
The question is "how many progs believe in communism". It's outrageous that you tie the two ideologies together. The answer is probably 1%, same as KKKrs & Neo Nazzis in the Repuke side. Unless these are Communist values:
Living minimum wage of $10/hr
Defense of the rights of Woman
Separation of Church & State--learn your Vatican history
Minority Rights to get a job in all white evangelical companies
Dignity in the work place
The rights of all children to have access to the same school
The right to have a leader smarter than GW Bush or Ronald Reagan
Energy Conservation -stop pollution & funding of the Arabs (GW's friends the Bin Ladens)
Opposing Dictators around the world
Recognizing that people come in all colors & beliefs
Anyway DW, it's to bad you spent your whole life in a conservative Catholic town, a very un American experience in many ways. I suggest you go to community college and take some Poly sci classes as well as social justice, since you will never learn about it in the church.
Hardware..I think there was a malfunction in the conversation somewhere...LOL!
You'll have to wait till $50 to even dream of that happening...wait, that could be next year!
ACTC is using higher quality cells then what STEM is dealing with. Even if STEM gets their solution to work it will never stand a chance against the ACTC solution. It's like comparing a Ferrari engine to a Toyota...yes they both work, but one works quite a bit better.
It's quite sad that they turn it into a nursery for the mentally unbalanced. Maybe stem cells can help one day.
IMO they should only get stock options at a price higher then the present share price. Study after study have showed no correlation between stock grants and stock performance...and these guys are already paid a salary.
As far as haircut when they sell more shares to secure our future (or at least theirs) a 20% haircut is what you can expect & hopefully it's from $12 or more.
Good job Beave...Always hard to let shares go on the way up, but it can pay huge dividends as you have demonstrated.
Withya Hydra. For now, I believe Aegis & friends are loading up down here for the move. They want to do the next financing and will drive the price higher when its time. Having big name quality institutional firms coming on board is very exciting as they bio specialist who vet the company before they buy. Just a matter of time...
Ignored! Looks like rocketclown is another college flunkie trading with daddy's 5K and desperate for attention.
I have been trading for 25+ years also and no one in their right mind would short this stock. And this clown is not short it either...just a yapping child.
