LightInTheBox Holding (NYSE: LITB) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.09), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.09). Revenue for the quarter came in at $99 million versus the consensus estimate of $94.4 million. LightInTheBox Holding sees Q4 2014 revenue of $109 - $111 million, versus the consensus of $103.0 million.
Vipshop Holdings reported Q3 EPS of $0.08, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $882.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $863.12 million.

In a statement Monday announcing the deal, Lei called the union "a great example for all future collaborations among Chinese companies with a global ambition."
Baidu Dianxin gives LightInTheBox a bigger audience for its products and mobile apps. LightInTheBox will help Baidu Dianxin boost its app distribution.
