    take a trip overseas

This is the typical #$%$ that our military does. No messages should be given. And what does that do?
It lets our enemy know what we have planned.
Where are the generals that potus has fired. We need them back.
They more than any half cropped potus planners need to take over.
We are at war and we need to take a stand.

  • You have in the past let radicals infiltrate your imams.
it is time you take matters in your own hands and destroy those who would destroy you.
Your actions to stop these radicals are long over do.
You either do something or other nations will cause great harm to all you peace loving muslims who only want to live in harmony.

  • What kind of war is this?. Take out the trucks and save the enemy combatants?
This is disgusting and a slap in the face for all of our troops.

P.S. Out of all these able bodied men and teenagers it is estimates that 20% or more are terrorists.

  • They should have stayed in their country to fight. Not try to accept some freedom from free countries.

Our country has always depended on a draft to fight our enemies.

Why should we allow them in our country or any country for that matter due to their fears of retribution?

They all need to be turned away and go fight the enemy. Many of those able bodied men and teenagers are a threat to any country taking them in.

Let the women and children enter and let their able bodied men go back where they came from.

All countries should turn back those who should be fighting against ISIS.

    They are all cowards.

  • Why would we even discuss this.
Our Potus is on the wrong path. Yes I believe we should not send in our troops. On all three sides of the group fighting Isis, they hate us and don't want us there.
Yes they want military protection and attacks from all aircraft. But don't put troops on the ground except those who can coordinate air strikes.

These very, very brave soldiers are coodinating these air strikes and are risking their lives to protect all free nations and should be applauded. They know, if captured, they will be tortured and beheaded for the world to see.

But in the meantime cut this crap about global warming for a while and focus on the terrorists who want to destroy the free worlds way of living.

As a veteran of two wars this type of war that is focused on collateral damage needs to stop now.

War is hell and innocent people are killed. The enemy knows that the U.S. is afraid to hurt the innocent and they hide behind them knowing we will not attack.

Black Hawk down was a prime example in Somalia. The enemy stood behind the innocent and continued to kill our troops while we were told to not fire so innocent people would not be hurt.

All nations need to stop pussy footing around and take ISIS out no matter who gets killed in the meantime.

Since Vietnam we started this type of warfare. Don't kill innocent people who get in our way and let the enemy battle us and let them kill us instead.

Many Americans and others lost their lives due to this type of warfare.

Recently we bombed a hospital that was helping ISIS with their wounded. They were DR's without borders.
It caused an uproar in the news. And for what? They were helping the enemy!!

This is war, if you help the enemy there must be hell to pay. I'm sure they learned their lesson.

As many of my brothers can appreciate and many others can't comprehend what I have said, too bad.

All Free nations need to take on the enemy and do it with no holds barred.

VIVA Le France, VIVA the free world.

  • It's not ok to stop those who may be a threat to countries due to their looks? But stop and frisk children and grandma's to make those who could do harm to us feel their not being unfairly targeted? Oh I know it's not politically correct.

OK, who want's to kill us? Is it american children? Is it american seniors who were born and raised in this country?
Is it american men who work and try to provide for their families? Is it those that travel on a regular basis?
No it's not, 100% of them are not our concern. It's the few of Mid Eastern decent that rarely travel should be checked and re checked.
OH! I know it's not politically correct. The damn with this nonsense.

I travel a great deal and in 1 out of 4 times I'm pull out of line for a frisk. While i'm being frisked I look back at those Middle Eastern looking women and men being moved through the line with no problem.

Don't get me wrong, I'm sure 99% are OK. But why should anyone that has never been a threat to this country be targeted as a possible threat and those who come from countries of terrorists go through security without extra checks.

This needs to stop. We Americans are the next soft targets just like France.

If the local Muslim communities don't police their own radicals among them, the countries who have experienced these atrocities will do it for them and the innocent Muslims will suffer and that would be a shame.

I'd like to know why these able bodied men in the exodus to the western world are not fighting for their own countries freedom?

Why do I think that some of them are terrorists themselves.

Who knows! Soon we will find out.

  • I've been saying this for over a year. Why? Because of uncertain times in this market. Some investors may need to pull money out for emergencies.
If you haven't been exposed to a massive down turn in a stock portfolio like I have you have no idea how painful it can be.
Some stocks that have lost a large percentage of value recently may look like a good value today, but can also be down 50-75% or more as the weeks and months go buy.

My message is for fiscal responsibility for those who think the past 10 years of stock appreciation can continue.
It wont in many situations. It's not just RAD I'm referring to. It's for any stock that is traded that investors can get their hands on.

The bottom line is this, and you have all heard this before, keep 6-12 months of emergency cash available. Either in your portfolio or a saving account.

Be diversified. Don't ever keep 100% in your company stock. If you remember back 10 years, the most respected companies went either BK or lost most of their value. For those that did survive it may take decades before they return to what you have invested in them.

    Good luck and Good Night.

  • These people who want us dead, who live in the U.S. need to be deported at once.
Yes the majority of Muslims who are against this Jihad don't want to be hurt.
Unfortunately they continue to turn their backs and say nothing to condemn those who eventually will hurt all peace loving Muslims in their communities.

  • The French need to be pretty upset for harboring the mass murderers on their soil.
It's about time they take action against those Muslims who continue to talk about killing westerners within their own French cities and deport them all.
Oh wait. They are too busy discussing global warming.

I do have RAD in my tax free account. I agree with all your statements regarding Rad and what could or not happen with this deal.
But as I have stated time and time again, the long term retail holders of RAD like myself, have time on our hands, years in fact.
Yes the deal could go south. And the price could in fact lose 40%. That's the chance that investors like myself take. We are believers in RAD's future and would buy more if it happened as well as some other investment groups
One other thing. We would rather RAD go it alone rather than be purchased by another company.
WBA's $9 offer is too low.

  • laylow1991 laylow1991 Nov 4, 2015 6:01 PM Flag

I agree with both 27 and uper, there is a waiting period, and for those who have the ba'lls to wait around 6-8 months it's a pretty good return.
So for the long term holders it's not a problem. We'll just wait it out.
But there is something else to consider, not that we are waiting for it to happen, but what if someone else decides it's in their best interest to up the bid?
    Stranger things have happened before.

The long term holders are staying put.
The only ones thinking about pulling out are the short term holders.

  • It stinks!! Why so? Because RAD has for the last few years been climbing a stiff rope to better and greater things.
I had a great deal of confidence in the new management until this deal was agreed to.
Now I have misgivings. The gross income numbers continue to climb from qtr to qtr.
They have made some great moves in the last two years and for what?
To agree to a $9 buyout! It makes no sense to the really long term holders. Yes we will vote against this merger.
Why? Because this company is worth a lot more.
NO we will not cry over the price from WBA if that is the final offer. After all many of us have been in for a lot less than the offer and will wait just like we have for the past few years.
No matter what the naysayers say and the promoters of RAD say, we are in for the long haul.

Like everything else rumors are just that.
But as you see above from my recent message I believe WMT could be a good suitor as well.
There are many others also interested, but RAD's debt is unfortunately in the way and only those with deep pockets and forward thinking management would wan't to touch it.
Give it time. It should be fun watching the action.

Sorry I didn't see your message. Been off the RAD board for a few weeks.
Also, as you know, but others don't that MCK is the biggest animal food and vet distributor since last years purchase.
I believe MCK can absorb RAD more easily than WBA.
WMT would be my top guess if they have the management nerve to do a merger with RAD.
The new smaller footprint stores WMT is working on would be a good fit over all the others previously mentioned buyers over the past 6 months and they have the money to do it.

As I repeated above I feel $9 per share is much too low.
Unfortunately, as reported in the press, both boards have approved the deal.

But as you know the stories being printed are only represented by two factions. Those that are short and those that are long. A tug of war will go on for the next few months.
Meanwhile RAD is continuing to print fair increases in gross income over previous quarters.

  • Today's news mentions the RAD, MCK deal from last year. The news mentions that MCK stands to lose billions if this merger with WBA goes through.

I, as well as many long term holders of RAD are against the WBA merger.

Today's October report shows continued increase earnings for RAD vs last October.
The board has been quiet on this news While another 200 million share day is in the cards.

This buying and selling of shares are unusual even with the announced deal. Use SNDK as an example.
Yes the buyout, if it happens at all, is months away and may be contributing to the massive moves of trading.
By the way I did buy additional shares yesterday and today.

  • What a read on earnings and profit!!
