Feels like it is getting ready to take off. Bid from $1.12 at the open to $1.19 currently. Don't think $1.20s will last long either. We'll see if there is some follow-through or if someone will try to knock it down to get some more cheaper shares before the imminent news gets released.

    Buckle up.

    =Hopefully it goes Finjans way!!!

Good time to remind everyone to keep things in the proper perspective. The $39.5M verdict isn't even accounted for in the stock price yet because these things usually get reduced (or eliminated) after post-trial motions are heard. I think most is going to be upheld, but I would consider it a huge win if $25M was upheld along with another $5M in fees and interest.

I have a feeling this judge is going to want to prod Blue Coat Systems into settling the second lawsuit and not wasting the court's time on a similar case. That is why I believe fees and interest will be awarded to Finjan. If you want to use stall tactics when you are clearly liable, YOU should pay for the extra expenses and pay interest to account for the delay in justice being served.

In case some missed the filing:

    Dear Stockholder:
You are cordially invited to attend our 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., Pacific Daylight Time, at our principal executive offices at:
    2000 University Avenue, Suite 600
    East Palo Alto, CA 94303

Looking forward to upcoming earnings. The numbers don't matter for now. It is the forward guidance with all of the pending activity that will be important. This is way undervalued if you look forward to all of the upcoming activity and potential licensing deals.

Whoever the head manipulator is must have taken a day off and the volume you saw was less than 1/10 average. I have had best Bid and best Ask at various times and not had orders fill while mystery blocks appear to trade at worse fills.

The head manipulator trades through market maker CDEL. You often see them trade to themselves throughout the day. CDEL resets the price wherever they want. It really is interesting to watch in real time.

    What a system!

I think the judge had a trial on her calendar this week and next week. Will check to see if it is still happening. If so... we may have a wait on her ruling. If not, it should come quickly.

    Sock it to me!

No sellers here. What always amazes me is the same people who are sitting on their hands at $1.20 will be the ones eagerly buying at $1.50 when it starts to run. Go figure.

Take a look at FNJN. There aren't any "bashers" there so I can't find any dissenting opinions. I can't find a downside. 80% institutional and insider holdings with a float of only 6M shares. Latest court win gave them a judgment more than their market cap. More good news on the way in the near future. $1.13 today on May 3, 2016. I believe this is going to be a double in the next couple months. Watch it. It is my only speculative play left and I am holding out for $2.50.

Called the bottom and the top on HL once more. In under $1.50 and out at $4.30 yesterday with it going under $4 today. You could make a living just buying that one on dips.

This is part of the fraud when they are leading investors to believe they are currently being certified to qualify for the 30% tax credit. This is THE definitive answer on certification to receive the tax credit:

In January 2015, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) issued Notice 2015-4 providing new performance and quality requirements for small wind turbines – defined as having a nameplate capacity of up to 100 kW – in order to qualify for the 30% federal Investment Tax Credit (ITC).

Effective February 2, 2015, the guidance requires qualifying manufacturers to show that their wind turbines meet the requirements of either: (1) American Wind Energy Association Small Wind Turbine Performance and Safety Standard 9.1-2009 (AWEA); or (2) International Electrotechnical Commission 61400-1, 61400-12, and 61400-11 (IEC). Certification is the best way to show conformance to the requirements and must be issued by an eligible certifier, including SWCC. Documentation establishing that the wind turbine meets the new requirements must be provided to taxpayers in order to claim the tax credit.

AWEA and IEC standards are the ONLY way to qualify for the tax credit. Any legitimate company that wants to certify a small wind turbine does it through the Small Wind Certification Council... PERIOD. Go to their website and look up the certified products and those in process. You are being scammed. Educate yourself.

    ATA Testing

    =what am i missing here......?

You are missing that this has been an outright fraud from day 1.

=has entered into an agreement with ATA Engineering, Inc. (ATA), based in San Diego, California, to conduct third-party analysis to evaluate its WindCutter™ VAWT for certification.

It doesn't say ATA is going to do the CERTIFICATION. It says that they are going to EVALUATE it for certification. What the evaluation would say is that there is no way in hell it would ever pass any real-world certification from the OFFICIAL certification organizations. Sauer will then say what they have said many times through the years... We have received recommendations to make it even better! We only want to put out the very best product so we are going to incorporate these recommendations before final production.

Seriously... just go back 5 years and start reading their PRs. They keep claiming to be a manufacturer while they admit in SEC filings they have NEVER had a single penny of revenue. It is amazing such a blatant fraud can exist in the open for all to see and the SEC won't do a thing. The markets are rigged. If you believe for a moment that there is any value here then you simply do not have what it takes to be an individual investor and you need to turn your money over to a professional before you lose the rest of it.

Believe nobody on these boards... including me. Read the PRs from years ago and see for yourself this is a complete fraud.

    Shouldn't take too long:

    Docket Text:

Sold the last of my HL shares today. Set a trailing stop when it hit another 52 week high and got stopped out. I bought a HUGE amount of shares when it went under $1.50 and have been selling 100K blocks all the way up.

I am getting skittish. I believe the markets are ready to implode. Don't know what the trigger will be, but a black swan is in the future. Don't want to be long oil at these prices, but not willing to bet on a drop when a geopolitical event could send the price up 50% quickly.

Time to play and forget about the market for awhile.

GOOG is only about $40B behind AAPL now on market cap. They should pass them this year. Even with tens of billions of dollars in stock buybacks, AAPL is till less than what it traded for many years ago when ditzy was mortgaging his trailer to buy Calls that all expired worthless.

We won't even get into his AMZN trade... LMFAO!

=There is a Pacer update About BlueCoat website add promoting it's technology

Is that in the second lawsuit? I'm still waiting for docket entry 538 in the first lawsuit where they had the hearing last week. 5:13-cv-03999-BLF Finjan, Inc. v. Blue Coat Systems, Inc.

  • lbcb321 lbcb321 May 2, 2016 9:23 AM Flag

Very interesting we still don't have a pacer update. There are a lot of irons in the fire. It is going to be a domino effect when the court cases begin settling and the license agreements get announced. This is going to be a great ride the next couple months. Hope I can fight the urge to sell too soon when the momentum begins.

  • lbcb321 lbcb321 Apr 29, 2016 12:53 PM Flag

Yesterday's hearing not on pacer yet. That makes me think there is some redacting going on first. The amounts they are receiving may be redacted so it doesn't give too much information to companies involved in other lawsuits against them.

The tiny volume shows nobody wants to sell other than the few suckers you always see who sell right before a big pop.

There were many new docket entries in the Proofpoint case overnight. Still hoping that settles next month instead of going to trial in June, but they are covering all bases and going forward competently as if there will be a trial.

This still amazes me that more aren't following this. Just sell out to Cisco or Intel for $100M which is 4X current market cap. The IP portfolio is worth that much.

It has been interesting watching them manipulate the Bid and Ask the past few days. They need to raise a huge (for them) amount of cash now to pay their rent and other 1st of the month bills. Dieter and Ana might be a little behind on getting paid, also. They are desperately trying to get the price up or they will have to sell about 3 million shares just for rent and not much more.

The death spiral continues. This will go sub-penny next week when Beaufort gets millions of shares at about .007 they have to dump quickly or get burned on.

You were right. You just didn't mention the big move would be DOWN.

How would you like to be the one who bought at .43 only to watch it trade at .28 a few hours later? Thank the promoter that manipulated you with insider information and then dumped as they released "news".

    for those of you wondering...

    "Good morning traders,

We saved the best bit of information for day two of our coverage."

I have a pr9blem with this. How come the stock promoters and manipulators had advanced notice of "news"? How come they were able to front-run this information and spoon-feed it to the public to maximize THEIR profits while ensuring your average investor will pay too much and get burned when they dump their shares?

It is time the SEC ended all these Reg FD violations. I am informing them of this illegal activity and I hope the stock gets halted until they properly disseminate all information in a Reg FD-compliant manner instead of paying manipulators with insider information.

This will come crashing back down.

=cuz its on a penny stock email list and is being pumped and dumped

Ding ding ding... we have a winner.

"SCS LLC has been compensated twenty five thousand dollars cash via bank wire by star media for a 2-3 day investor relations/media contract for DDAY."

I took a look and nothing here to make me want to trade. This is the tail end of the pump with an add-on firm. Doesn't look like it will break through .40 and probably heading right back down. Fantasy Sports is an industry heading nowhere with the rulings of many state's attorneys general trying to block them.

Trade at your own risk and don't become a bagholder.

FNJN is a much better play if you want to do some DD on them.

    April 13, 2016 00:00
    Document: 537
ORDER MOVING HEARING ON POST-TRIAL MOTIONS TO 2 P.M. ON APRIL 28, 2016. Signed by Judge Beth Labson Freeman on 4/13/2016. (blflc3S, COURT STAFF) (Filed on 4/13/2016)

Any guesses on how much pre-trial and post-trial interest plus attorney's fees are going to add to the $39.5M judgment against Blue Coat? This could be an extra $5M - $10M added on Thursday. I'm going to average down this week and look for a nice pop the end of the week.

I'm not an attorney, but I'm pretty good at reading court documents. Blue Coat hasn't put forth much of a defense and looks like they just played a stall game and this judge does not like them. It took the jury only 6 hours of deliberations to award the $39.5M after a two week trial and in my opinion Finjan will be awarded interest and fees.

Once the interest begins accruing, perhaps a payment schedule will be forthcoming and a settlement to the second lawsuit against them.

Amazing nobody is talking about this. Any opinions out there from those who have followed it longer?
