I use Turbo-tax with no issues.
File one for EPD and then a second for OILT (OILT ref EPD).
If you have values in line 1 and line 2 of any K-1, you can spit it into two K-1s with one containing the line 1 value and the other line 2.
You should see what I had to do with ETE. Turboo-Tax handled just fine.
The 2015 Annual Report, recently released, has pre-announced dividend increase of 0.5 cents per share per quarter for 2016. See page 65 of the 10-K.

The star rating is somewhat computer driven. What has happened is now that the current price is so far below their “Fair Value Estimate” it triggered the additional star.
There are ALWAYS good times of the day to go there. Find some.
