reported the CEO was in talks with several cos a few wks ago we have seen buying esp when there were downticks in the market. Yesterday was a good example. Is a buyout coming and who are the interested parties?

When billions will be lost on the short side I would bet everything that they were bought to keep Belviq off the market until they've traded out of their losses. What's a few $mil to pay them off?

A better trade is JPM. They can be sued for a $bil yet if the market goes up it goes up. JPM up 1% today. Stay away from KEY as it's just hedge funds trading among each other

with the likes of CVS, then Belviq will have to be an option. Many cos offer gym memberships. Morbidly obese are rarely found in gyms. If it's easier to take a pill then this will be the first line of defense.
