1) Around 7 days before I got book and voting form with control number. I voted on proxy web site with control number.
2) Today I again got mail having same control number. With proxy web site I voted again.
Please answer me why I got multiple times for proxy vote form with same control number? Is it going to affect my vote counting since I voted twice on two occasions as above for the same control number?
Clearwire scheduled a shareholder meeting next month to vote on Sprint Nextel Corp. (S)’s $2.97-a-share takeover offer, a transaction it has urged investors to approve. I need to exercise my rights. My brokerage firm has not sent any email on voting method. Also I have not got anything from regular mail from Clearwire on voting. Please let me know how this voting process goes on.
