Tesla does it over the air. Tesla leads the industry, not GM. GM say they plan to offer over-the-air updates, but that would make them a follower, not the leader.
I don't understand why anyone would try and reintroduce the antiquated Karma Fisker. Its is a Chevy Volt in another wrapper plagued by a damaged reputation and a lack of stay power.

Look in the rear wheel well of the truck. You will see 1/8 to 1/4 inch gap from poor fitment of two adjoining panels in a rust prone area. I see this problem all the time, sitting at the stop light.
