Got caught off guard.
What does ARCC have to be trading at when the deal closes to get the full $17.40 benefit?
It was on a roll?
All my ACAS shares are L/T. So from what your indicating I will be paying L/T Capital Gains on the difference of my current Cost Basis and $17.40.
I've read the filings and still cannot figure out what the specific tax implications are to current ACAS holders based on valuations.
Can't figure out how you came up with $411.16 in dividend income on 1,082 shares of ARCC?
The SP drops 4% today on high volume with no news?
How about making it simple. Just contact IR for an explanation. Why speculate?
Can it get worse?
NMB, do you think the SP is fairly priced currently given the expected time till the Closing?
Per joint webcast
I guess those who thought he was looking for north of $20 got it wrong.
Cannot find the link to a replay of webcast.
Obviously the longer the time frame for Closing the larger the current SP will reflect discount to final price valuation.
I think I read that it could take up to a year to finalize the deal.
Stock reacts by going down 10%?
Oil and Gas killing AINV
If I'm not mistaken, doesn't there have to be a violation of Security Regulations for a Shareholder Lawsuit?
Looks like you weren't the only one that sold this morning
