Right out of the current 10Q. And how much have ARR shareholders benefitted during the same period.
1. Share Price went from over $7 down to $4.
2. Dividend cut from .10 to .05. And most observers see further cuts after current quarter losses.
So lets hear more from the BS Pumpers about why they should hold on to this POS.
Gee, Wow, a hole 5K shares. And how much did the schmuck rake in during the quarter in Management #$%$ Fees? How many MILLIONS was that again?
I believe you said it all! It's by far the worst performing mreit. And the dividend will slide again after this latest debacle in Earnings.
Companies don't miss by 35% by accident. This Management provides no Guidance to analysts or shareholders. They are concentrating on maximizing their fees.
Nothing in the announcement says anything about potential ROI. Just about what services are provided. So as an investor I am supposed to assume that because management put nearly $400 million into this one company it's going to be a blockbuster in Earnings for ACAS? And to your point, there's no effect whatsoever on 3rd Qtr Earnings. And I don't know if the investment generates any ongoing NOI for ACAS.
Your right about one thing. The discount to NAV is providing strong support on the downside. If it weren't for the drop in Earnings and misses the past 2 quarters I believe the SP would be much higher than it is now. So the question is what will Earnings be reported the 3rd Quarter. It appears they had another quarter with little activity on the BDC end that produced realized ROI. And I can't see where there is any growth whatsoever in NOI. Keeping my fingers crossed that they don't miss on Earnings again.
I guess what I really was trying to say was that a lot of institutional money that we have seen in the past drive the volume is sitting on the sidelines waiting for signs of a turnaround in earnings.
With 2 straight misses on Earnings, the smart money is waiting to see daylight on a turnaround, IMO. Doesn't look like much has happened this quarter except for the share buyback, additional financing and the startup of a couple of CLO's. The BDC end hasn't been active for some time now.
Where on the ARR Website does it say that the BV is $5.98? I just looked at the current data and nothing stated
Bodes well for MORL
Gee those poor, poor Government Workers that were furloughed during the Shutdown. Now they have to come back to work after 2 weeks off to collect their back pay. My heart bleeds for them!
