sceg, you need to get your data updated. Last time I checked there were a billion more shares outstanding.
Stopped posting on the site. For over a week had been experiencing virus attempts when I tried to access ECOS and other Boards. Fortunately my security system caught them. I emailed the site administration but appears they have done nothing to erradicate the problem
Listen I and other long-term holders feel your frustration, but barring a restructuring that would create a cash dividend this is what we have for the foreseeable future. Due to ongoing operating losses it seems like we've been sitting with over $400 million in NOLC's forever. So maybe knocking off 92.7 million shares over the next 10 quarters isn't that far fetched. But I think the main reason the SP is not bridging the gap is due to the lackluster NOI that's been generated quarterly for at least the last 6 quarters that I can recollect. So any real period of growth in NOI and/or bottomline earnings moving forward would bridge that gap, IMO. And my gut tells me we are going to see some positive earnings as such in the upcoming quarters. So I'm predicting a really good 2014 for ACAS. So Happy New Years to you and my fellow Holders.
Right, tell the Specialists to put an a No-Bid on ACAS and noone will sell for sure. Get serious!
Why the hold back on the SPL sale by ACAS? Could it be that they don't want to put it out during a light trading week?
But holders should not get bent if the buyback is smaller than Q3 by 4-6 million shares. They designated a lot of cash towards projects this quarter.
So how much was accreted to NAV/BV with the 28.2 million share buyback?
And what exactly is the panic selling about today. They don't like the buyback ?
